I hate leaving anything but good reviews but I truly believe the owner of this business needs to know how the employees and managers are running it and treating their customers.
We ordered through the drive through for a quick meal. We were handed our food by a manager who said nothing, she just handed the food out and shut the window. We got a couple of miles down the road and realized two soft tacos were missing so turned around and went back in.
The manager at the window was just standing there when I walked in, she looked at me holding my receipt and instead of asking if she could help with something she turned around and started messing with some lids and let a cook step away from his station to deal with me.
The young man that was a cook that I delt with was very polite, I will say. But he was the only one and I spoke with 3 team members.
He gave me the fixed tacos and apologized and I went on my way.
I got out to my car and opened the taco to feed my son and seen it had lettuce on it and we ordered it with no lettuce (this was also on the receipt) so I had to go back in and correct it again.
The manager working the window saw me come back in again and turned away again and let the same cook ask if I needed something else, again.
I told him the problem and he went to fix it and then I asked the manager at the window if she was a manager and if she was, why was she having her cook help me when she has seen me come in twice. Her answer was "I'm working."
So I suppose there was no one but the cook to work the front counter.
The female cook with the tattoo on the back of her neck brought me the fixed taco and was very rude. She sat my bag down and said "here" rolled her eyes and walked away. I tried to say something else and she yelled "THANK YOU" in a very sarcastic tone. She was also rolling her eyes and giving me dirty looks throughout my conversation with the 2nd manager I spoke to.
I asked to speak to the 2nd manager and she "acted" like she cared and said they will get talked to. At that point I asked what could be done for me, the upset customer who has had to spend 15 minutes in taco Bell when it was just supposed to be a quick bite through the drive through. She didn't have an answer so I asked for a refund. She told me she would refund the $3 for my soft tacos but not for the rest of my food that was now sitting in the car, 15-20 minutes old and cold.
On top of all that, when I got back out to the car and tried our drinks, two of the three were no good. It taste like the pop machine had run out. So there was another $5 wasted.
I work hard for my money so when I spend it somewhere I expect some kind of decent quality and some kind of respect from the business. This was definitely not the case here. I spoke respectfully to them, but they were just defensive and flat out rude..
As a business owner Im shocked these workers haven't run this taco Bell to the ground. I intend on finding out the owner of this taco Bell and sharing my experience with them so they know what kind of employees they have running...
Read moreTerrible service on several visits. The last time (as in ever), I waited 20 min. to get the the speaker in the drive through. I was then told that I would need to pay with a card, or exact change. Also it would take 30 min to get my food. I decided to go ahead and order. When I ordered a nacho bell granda, I was told they were out of chips. Who is running this place that they do not have change (proper bank order), are out of chips, and have hired workers that are so unmotivated that it would take 30 min. to make everyone's food. I worked at a Taco Bell when I was a teenager. No one I worked with would need 30 min. To make 6 or 7 orders.....BY THEMSELVES. Let me repeat that, the slowest person I worked with could have made 6 or 7 order, by themselves, in less than 30 min.
My recommendation the owner need to go in, fire everyone from the manager down, because obviously the managers who are there can not hire good worker, motivate those workers, make a change order, or order supplies. Bring in workers from another Taco Bell to cover till they hire an...
Read moreMy experience on the border was a mediocre one at best. First of all they were out of steak and beans, so that excludes half the menu. I ordered a taco party pack supreme with fire sauce. Once I pulled up to the window to hand my card over, I was told that the machine was down. This was a little bit of a inconvenience because the atm was not an option at this point and nobody really carries cash on them anymore. I manage to find an ATM in zero degree temperatures to pull out 22.00 for my meal. When I finally got my ordered my Tacos weren't supreme (even though I was charged for it) and I was deprived of the oh so delicious Fire sauce. I was too exhausted and tired to drive 10 miles all the way back for them to add supreme. Next time please inform someone at the speaker that your credit card machine is down, and also be more attentive to the orders. I would even suggest installing a ATM in the parking lot if you guys plan on switching...
