7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Camdenton

I was very excited a Seven Brews was coming closer to home bc I go everytime Im in Springfield. Unfortunately the first day experience was the worst I’ve ever had at possibly any food establishment. First off the girl helping me did not appear trained AT ALL. She had never even heard of a caramel macchiato, although it’s a “classic” on their menu. Had to call the manager twice just to take my order. No one even explained to me drinks were free that day if you got a small. I found this out from a friend later. The music was SO loud I had to roll up my window as I waited in line bc it was obnoxious. And when I FINALLY pulled up to pay and gave the guy my credit card, he came back laughing hysterically bc he dropped my credit card and broke it into pieces. I still have no idea how that even happened. The confusing part was that he just stood there laughing like it was hysterical! No manager to apologize or anything as he handed me my card in pieces. I felt like I was on an undercover comedy show or something, I didn’t even know how to react. I’m now waiting 5-7 days to get a replacement credit card in the mail. I've never heard of 7 brew til they opened their location a few weeks ago. I've gone almost everyday because im just obsessed with their coffee and other drinks they have. They got the best coffee I've ever had and it's thr perfect balance between coffee and sweetness. Im a big coffee lover and I always am picky on my coffee so this is so good!! And Levi and Maggie are the best workers. They are so helpful and great to be around. They got great customer service and I recommend asking for them because they are just the best. I love the service and the coffee. Will be coming back...

This stand is my new favorite 7 brew location. Not only are the employees amazing and polite, but the drinks are also beyond expectations. While the wait time may seem a little high, it is well worth the wait!!!!!!! Christa, Cord, and Avwren all deserve raises for how well they assisted with the drinks, and how polite they were while I waited in line. Christa was the one that talked to me in line while I waited, and she had some of the best jokes i've ever heard. If you come here and get Christa, ask her for some jokes!
