Something seriously needs done about the night shift . day shift is really good at getting your order right & customer service in general. The night shifts though you cannot even tell her it was wrong or she starts being completely rude it’s the same person she literally start Turning me away every night by saying “their systems are down” or “the Frozen machine was down for at least an hour” then if I come back she’ll say she hasn’t even had time to get to it so I started doing pick up orders. I can make a DoorDash order for it and they have no problem getting it . I’ve sat in the drive thru for the hour she told me it took, watched barely any cars come by and she when I came back around I was told she was too busy to get to it . Once I told her I don’t mind waiting the 45 mins to a hour she told me to pull around with out even taking my order so I did and once other cars came she stuck her head out the window to tell me I need to “Get out of her drive thru” I couldn’t hear well I thought she was just asking to pull up so I said wow you could’ve asked nicer I didn’t know she said “NO YOU NEED TO GET OUT MY DRIVE THRU” I was completely confused and just put my order in online . When I came around she ordered a employee to tell me I was banned because she told me she couldn’t do something and I got disrespectful by holding up her line when the whole time you told me to pull around until you could clean a frozen machine for a hour for the 30th night . I recommend this Dunkin’ before 9:00pm. Also every night she’s turned me around I’ve ordered online so I have about 15-20 online orders within the last two months . I have spoke with a manager about 2/3 times before the banning after that of course she could not wait to “band” and...

This is absolutely the worst DD around, my whole family has complained about this establishment. So last week I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and 2 latte, the sandwiches were not what I ordered and the coffee was luke warm, after so many fails I had enough went back and turned in everything and told them the problem, asked for a manager, Every time I have had an issue there is no management. So the lady up front at the counter said she would make me two fresh latte and she called the lady from the back told her the problem and gave her the two old sandwiches, I said wait a minute I don't want them back reheated and touched and corrected I want two fresh sandwiches and you have to throw those sandwiches out you can't resell them. The lady in the back took them anyway!! the lady in the front said she will get me fresh sandwiches, which I doubted. Two days later I had a sore throat, I believe it came from the sandwiches they gave me, I am sure they tampered with them. I am going to call the health Dept because I am sure you can't take food back that has been out of the building which was in my car for some time before I drove back because of the disappointment in the whole order. I would not recommend this establishment and believe there was foul play...

I have my puppy with me. And it was a very hot day and he was getting sick in the car. And the manager was there doing paperwork at the table. And she was very understanding with me, and instead of getting upset with me and telling me to get out and that they wouldn't serve me. She allowed me to stand in a doorway. Because there was no customers there to help him get cool. And she gave me a freak upper ice for him. I don't know her name. But she is at least in her 40s. A blonde lady and she needs A raise. As for the customer service, it was very on point and completely as ordered. The poor man behind the counter forgot. What I had asked for ice coffee or frozen coffee, And instead of just assuming he actually came and asked me if I had ordered one of the other so for him, he gets 5 stars 2. He knows who he is. I don't know his name again. And as for the guy who accommodated me and with the Pup cup , He was very patient with me. I'm very combinated, he's very polite and even used. Yes, ma'am, no Ma'am. But the girl that was running a window for some reason kept giving me dirty loves and smirking at me for no reason. She, on the other hand has an attitude problem. And I don't think she should be working...
