This review is not to rate the quality of the coffee shop's products, but to rate the ability of the owner to deliver customer satisfaction to his consumers. I went in for a coffee with my sister (whom was a loyal customer), and I ordered my coffee with an extra shot. My coffee was a bit stronger than expected, so I decided to reorder the same coffee, but without the extra shot. I proceeded to the cashier and told him I wanted to reorder another coffee without the extra shot, and I told him I would pay for my coffee. Kindly, the cashier said "Give me a second" (after I had stated I was okay with paying for my coffee). He walked to the owner, and the owner turned around and looked at me and shook his head. The cashier came back, and proceeded to finalize the transaction. After, the owner had to turn around, look at me, and shake his head, I felt discriminated. There was no reason why he would have to look over and see who I was to say "No". That was very unprofessional, and reflecting back, he offers no goodwill. He should keep in mind who his competitors are, and compare whether his competitors would rather lose customers over a cup of coffee. I know for a fact corporations like Starbucks value customer's satisfaction and replace/exchange your coffee, no questions asked. Choose wisely from who you...
Read moreMy partner and I tried going to a coffee shop but they ended up being closed Sundays so we searched for another and found Lookout. The two people behind the counter were nice when we came in. The person taking our order answered a couple questions I had and was very nice. Our drinks and food came out quickly. Everything was delicious and beautiful too. Only complaint was we got our stuff for there, and there was no seating. It's a big open area with 2 long tables and some more lounge like chairs and some other places to sit in some nooks and corners. And everything was taken. There was a bar top at a window facing a parking lot where we ended up standing while eating and drinking our stuff. It would have been nice to have barstool seats. There was definitely some space for other chairs and tables. It seems like a really cool spot but I'd probably order to go in the future since seating is limited and has a really low...
Read moreI've always seen this coffee shop on my way to Campbell's farmers market and today I decided to drop by. It's definitely a coffee drinkers spot with simple menu centered around great coffee. Replete with drip coffee stations and Synesso espresso machines.
Coffee 5/5: Specialty Coffee - Brown sugar , espresso and milk. Exquisite espresso well balanced drink. Espresso tonic- Another surprise for me. Love the tonic tartness after espresso.
Vibe / Interior 4/5: A lot of seating scattered in a large space. Not a lot of focus on interior design but has a large spacious warehouse feel. Large windows bring in a lot of light. Family environment with small kids and strollers.
Covid: I didn't not see outdoor seating but interior space is so large and tables spaced apart provided safe distance from each other.
Tips: tables are large gatherings areas big enough for families w kids .
