I am a complete novice to Turntable setup, configuration and tuning. Made some pretty nasty mistakes when setting up my brand new Table. Ran to Nick for help. Initially Nick & Li hesitated a bit as the table was brand new, but Nick found the challenge of setting my table right too tempting to let go back to the dealer to say the least. Took it and within a week turned around a well tuned sweet sounding Table and in the process taught me a thing or two about Table tuning idiosyncrasies. Wow now my system sounds absolutely amazing and my vintage Vinyl collection just came alive in my family room. I am hooked to Vinyl now ! I was having problems with my rega apollo r cd player and contacted the manufacturer's distributor in the USA, Sound Organization about having it repaired. I was told to get in touch with the folks at True Sound for help. I am glad I did. My apollo r was having problems reading cds. I sent my cd player for evaluation. Nick Gowan at True Sound helped me during all the process. Nick is such a nice guy and super easy to deal with. Thank you for the truly amazing experience. I feel so fortunate to have met the owners. They welcomed me in on their day off and aided me with my defective cassette player. Not only did they help me untangle the tape that was stuck in it, they also told me exactly what was wrong with the player and allowed me to listen to music in their shop.
