We normally love coming here. The service is getting worse . The gal at the bar was standing there leaning on the bar..the gal at the front register spent more time drinking her soda and putting her hands on her mouth. We ordered pho. Which we do often. A half hour passes. Still no food. When we got there there was one guy sitting in the bar area so it wasn't busy. Other folks came after. Out of curiosity I went and looked into the kitchen. One gal was drinking a soda the other was at the far end of the kitchen in front of a microwave with four soup bowls in front of her. No one was cooking. But that microwave was being used instead. Still no food so we asked for our money back (which we were only refunded for the pho and not the sodas we hadn't even drank half of.) We left. 45 min after we got there. Then the microwave soup comes up as we are leaving. I hate to write a bad review, especially some place we like to go. Plus being in the industry I usually have a lot more patience and understanding. Until they make some great improvements we will take a break from coming here.
