VPho — Restaurant in Campbell

Honestly the food was not bad but I must say the service was TERRIBLE! I went here thinking it would be a nice night out but immediately introduced to poor customer service. No energy at all and basically felt like they wanted to get my order over with. I overlooked it until they served me and did not bring the garnish that usually comes with a typical pho dish. I asked politely for it and they took over 10 mins and when I finally went up they just rolled their eyes and brought it over and dropped it on the table. I was baffled by this service (this is coming from someone who worked at a pho). The bun bo hue had no spice at all and made this trip even more disappointing. If anyone would like to know the server it was Howard. :) there’s a lot better pho restaurant in the area so go check them out...

I stumbled upon VPho while searching for pho places, and I’m so glad I did! This was my first visit, and it exceeded my expectations. The restaurant is incredibly clean, including the bathrooms, which had a nice smell and were well-maintained. The cozy tables and music created a great ambiance.

I ordered the oxtail pho, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and satisfying. The server was polite, attentive, and made the experience even better. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and service you get.

This place is big and very nice. It give me the feeling like a lounge more than a restaurant. Broth is above average. Portion is on point. The rare filet mignon is so good. However, I felt like vomiting right after I finish the pho bowl. I ate here on 5/12 and went to urgent care on the next day 5/13 for having diarrhea. The Dr asked me what did I eat yesterday and I told her the whole story. She said: "well, you need to eat fresh food". I told her that I ate at the restaurant and she just laugh. Anyway, it's just a very bad experience for me. I hope it wasn't the food that I ate here. Love their dark...
