Secondly, they ran my card three times even with my spouse’s permission still does not make it right because he thought that the management that was on team that night knew what they were doing, but it shows that they didn’t. That the competence of said manager was not accurate because all that needed to be done was an up charge for our dessert instead of refunding us the entire bill and then charging for the entire bill again when in reality what needed to be done was a up charge of what was needed Now, when I call in to talk to said manager on shift today, I get backlash of rudeness because I use the word incompetent, which is what the manager that night was and get hung up on so I called back to therefore try to understand why I was hung up on when I was getting feedback to the manager on shift so that they can give feedback to their employees to better train them on situations like this so they Do not happen again, but what happens the owner picks up and guess who the owner is the owner is the father to the manager that I was just speaking so instead of being business orientated he was emotionally invested in the situation because I used the word incompetent so I’m assuming because I’m not sure that maybe his daughter was the one that worked last night instead of putting emotions to the side and handling the situation as it should’ve been I got ringed and yelled at and belittled not spoken to and then hung up on when I try to speak to him, so therefore I give this place a one star all the way around, which is really sad because I prefer Domino’s over most places in Campbellsville, but now that the business side of Domino’s sucks cause that’s the most polite word I can use at this moment. Basically I paid a delivery fee of $6.99. so I had to add to that to make it $10 before they would deliver. So I got the medium pizza and a liter of Coke. Got the pizza but no liter of coke. Every time Domino's always has an item missing. To boot the pizza was burned. If they're not going to give me my liter of Coke they need to reimburse me and I do not care for credit because this will be the last time I order from them. It's always something. When I call what I get is " we're only human.". Okay then learn to pay attention to your order. So after the $6.99 delivery fee, basically the pizza was not free. ...
Read moreMy only two complaints are this: Their baked sandwiches can be a bit dry (so maybe ask for extra of whatever sauce your sandwich comes with- you can never go wrong with more ranch on the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich). Their bottled drinks are priced higher than they would be elsewhere.
Other than those, however, the Domino's Pizza in Campbellsville gets it.
The food is great, the establishment is tiny- as it should be- since the majority of their business is delivery and everything else is most likely carryout.
On that same note, I'm actually not even sure if they have dine-in seating, because I've really never seen anyone eating in; but does anyone really dine out and have chain restaurant...
