Last September, I checked out this Canton location for the first time. I ordered and waited for a medium pizza with several toppings. All of it tasted awesome!!! 👏 Fresh and perfectly prepared. 🏆 I had the opportunity to meet Parth, the General Manager. Just observing him and his team working in the kitchen, was impressive. They are definitely passionate about making sure everything turns out as ordered. Parth’s positive attitude makes all the difference especially when it comes to interfacing directly with the customers. In the end, we all coexist. I definitely will return. 👍 I read the other posts and I am sorry you had a bad experience. I recommend to ask for Parth, to give him a chance to understand the situation, make it right and help him continue to train his team to continue to improve. None of us are perfect. We all make mistakes. Let’s be kind and support each other to be successful. 🥳 We have choices in the United States. I called to ask for the correct order and I was told by a non knowledgeable employee that they could not give me buffalo. I explained to her that I did not order big and I want what I paid for. I asked for my money back. She said she had to call her manager and then came back to the phone and said can I have your full name and number but you probably not gonna get your money back. My manager will call you tomorrow. I said no I need you to call him back cuz I want my money back or an order of buffalo wings. She puts me on hold again to call the manager. She comes back to the phone and say well it’s five of us here and we don’t know who made the wings and I’m new. I said I just want my money back or buffalo wings. Read moreI had a rather large order of 44 pizzas which I asked for extra sauce and all seasonings on the crust. However, the pizzas had almost no sauce and almost no seasoning on the crusts, which is unacceptable as they were given a MONTH in advance to prepare for this order. Also, some of the toppings were ice cold like they rushed with fully cooking the pizzas. If you’re just ordering for yourself or family, your pizza will probably be made correctly. But for large party orders, I’d recommend buying from a different location that is more detail oriented and won’t try to save the almighty dollar with your money on toppings and ingredients.
Additionally, there was zero communication from the restaurant a week or even a day before my event to confirm my order. I was also left in the dark of when the delivery driver was arriving besides the estimated time I asked for them to deliver. All efforts of communication were solely made by me.
