We were so excited when we found Ben and Jerry’s catering. We hired them for a summer party. 50 plus people, order the top of the line Sundae party, paid for extra flavors, extra hours all the toppings! The catering coordinator Amanda was very nice, good follow up to the date of the party. Day of the party the guy called to confirm the flavors. Then another call to say he was running late, traffic. Once he arrived it took about 45 mins for him to set up. He arrived when we were scheduled to serve. Ok, but no way could he handle the line of kids now waiting. Excellent!! We had Ben & Jerry's cater an employee appreciation event at our Glastonbury, CT office and everyone loved it! Everything from setting up the event details with Amanda to the super fun "Scoop Truck" pulling up to surprise our employees was seamless. Emily, who was our caterer for the event was very nice and accommodating. She arrived early to set up the table for our yummy ice cream sundae toppings and took care of everything.
