Billy's Tap — Restaurant in Canton

Excellent food. Excellent staff. Clean, classy interior. I came in on a Monday for lunch and the place was packed. There was only one open seat at the bar and i took it. I was told there would be a wait and that was OK considering the crowd. I had heard Billy's had good burgers so I went with the special which was a cheeseburger and one side for $6. I was not disappointed. The food arrived in a very reasonable time. The burger was a good half-pound of beef with plenty of cheese. One of the best burgers I've ever tasted. For my side I chose the waffle- cut sweet potato fries and a maple-mustard dipping sauce for the fries. Both the fries and the sauce were excellent. Both waitresses on duty spoke to me while I was there and wished me a nice day as I left. You can't beat the combination of great food and friendly service. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend Billy's. Now having been there many times I would add "best bar food in the solar system". And best burgers I have...

So, we drove an hour. We waited an hour and 1/2 from order time to food on the table time. Don't plan on a quick bite or ordering anything else on the menu on a Wednesday night. It gets packed quickly. It's Build your Own Burger & Flatbread Pizza Night ONLY! It was well worth the wait. Our burgers were AMAZING (Gourmet status, and the fries were Golden 5+☆'s)! They kept the cold drinks coming while we waited for them to arrive. The whole vibe is very cozy, comfortable, modern ranch, and a few tvs mounted on the walls. Clean stocked bathrooms. Beers are cold. The waitresses and bartenders are super friendly. 1 room in the bar area, another room off in the back with a bar and a patio beer garden/seating area outside. Very impressed with this gem. Well done! No complaints from our party of four! :)...

The food is decent (for Canton), and prices are pretty good, but there are lots of things that annoy me about this place.

1. They only have a full menu for dinner on Thursday’s and neither the tap list or alcohol selection justify visiting any day they don’t serve food.
2. They don’t do takeout when they actually DO have dinner available. Big miss here.
3. They don’t accept American Express (minor thing but annoying to find out after I already ate and go to pay)

The only thing that they do right is lunch. Decent place to stop in on your lunch break, but id avoid otherwise as there are both better places for beer/alcohol and better...
