Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Canton

I have eaten here several times and for the most part I have gotten good service and the food has been decent fast food (though you do have to wait for quite a while for the food here, much longer than most Dairy Queens). The last couple of times have been a rather negative experience. I got food here last night from the drive through and had to go in to have an order corrected. This is not a huge deal but by the time that the employees had communicated the problem to the cooks I had waited an additional 5 minutes (this is in addition to the 5 or so minutes I waited at the window after ordering). By the time I got my food everything was cold. There was also no apology for the mistake rather it was a here you go with a little bit of a sneer. The time before that I had a very simple order but the person on the microphone for the drive through left the mic open and could not hear my order. I on the other hand was able to hear everything that was being said in the store. I was able to hear the people in the store ask each other why I had not ordered where the response was a "maybe the dude is an idiot. I told him he could order when he was ready. He hasn't said a word." After the young lady figured out the problem I was able to order and they still got the order wrong. Had to remake my order. I know that the people who are working here are mostly high school students but it seems to me that the training is lacking. The service here has never been great but this is a significant decline. In addition they have also put a sign in their window that says they accept tips. Tips for what? This would be a Dairy Queen that I would avoid if you can. Plenty of other fast food places in Canton to get food that you are just going to regret eating...

Why is it that for the past year the bathroom smell like you want to just vomit because it smells like straight up sewer. It lingers out to the dining room it's getting worse. The service is getting worse. I have actually come in here on two other occasions and left because nobody came to the counter to assist us or acknowledging us. Today I waited 5 minutes in line and two ladies came in and clear it were assisted prior to me. Then they walked away and got their Sundays. Then after going back to work and then looking at me acknowledging me and asked me if I needed anything and I told them I would like to place an order. The old group that was here was much better. The ones that are here now are going to get you shut down and underneath your racks in the kitchen are filthy and dirty and it is obvious that things are not being...

I went here for the first time today. I’m in town for work and really wanted a shake. As I pulled up and saw they had a new s’mores shake I was overly excited and asked to get that so I could try it. When I got to the window, the lady was super nice and had no issues there. But, when I got my shake it was not a shake. It was a milk drink with s’mores pieces mixed. At first when I got it, I didn’t think anything because I’ve had it be a little runny at the top but thicker towards the bottom. As I started driving away and drank more there was no ice cream in it at all. I threw it out and didn’t have time to go back because I was on lunch. Worst first experience ever and...
