My doctor called in an Rx on Monday, I went to retrieve it a couple of hours later and was told it should be ready in an hour. I went back 6 hours later and it still wasn't ready. I was told it would be ready on Tuesday. Tuesday a.m. I checked the app and it said my Rx would be ready on Wednesday? What!? I called the store and was assured it would be ready by 12:30 on Tuesday. I pulled into the drive thru at 12:35 and was told it would be another 20 mins. I explained I had been there 3 times to get this Rx and was told so many things that I called in that a.m. and was assured it would be ready at 12:30 and I was on my lunch break so I couldn't wait the 20 mins.
