Dunkin' — Restaurant in Canton

Ill start by saying, coffee was pretty good and made correctly, so 3 stars for that. However, customer service and attitude was terrible. I wanted to get a strawberry refresher and was told they were all out of the flavor. The cashier went on to say that they only had peach flavor left, but I have a learning disability, so before they said that part, i was already asking if they were out of the blueberry flavor as well, before my brain registered that they said peach was the only flavor available. I listened to them make fun of this and complain about me while i was waiting for my drink, loudly and right in front of me. At least wait until i leave to be rude. I dont usually compain about this kind of thing, because I've worked at dunkin donuts, so i know how stressful and unrewarding it can be to work there, but making fun of people with disabilities right in front of the customer is incrediblity hurtful and...

Only this dunkin makes my order wrong every time. I have a very simple order a medium ice coffee with 5 creams and 2 sugars. I have continued to go there only because its the closest to my work when im running behind. I have taken the time to write out a review today because while I was ordering my coffee they would repeat back the order totally wrong they said 12 creams no sugar. I was patient and repeated my order back several times. And they would say 12 creams 9 sugars. I realized they were messing with me when i can hear staff in the background laughing and commenting on how funny it was. I decided not to react. They finally repeated back my order correctly and when i got my coffee it was made wrong again with 7 creams and no sugar. The management really needs to train their employees better and the staff needs to be monitored for...

I've had good experiences here at this Dunkin so far. The service was always quick and friendly. I usually place an order ahead on the app so I can get those points for free items.

My current favorite is their medium hot coffee with skim milk and butter pecan flavor. So good. It also depends on the season too; sometimes I like getting their regular iced lattes, The Charli cold foam, chai lattes, and pumpkin spice lattes. I also like their donuts and sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant.

The building is nice and updated. Only downfall is getting in and out of the parking lot on a busy day. They did mess up once but I'm sure we all have our bad days too, so I won't fault them. We ordered a large black iced coffee but they gave us iced tea, we went back to get the correct item. Overall, definitely my go-to Dunkin...
