We (my family) was here for a event and stopped to grab something to eat, it was a country feeling just that the quality of the food was more like frozen food and warmed up by a microwave. Chicken tenders no crispy nor the fries. Very stomach upset after just taking a couple bites. Family member asked if can substitute coleslaw and the lady told us yes just a $1.99 side which was one of the plate sides.. So family member got Mash potatoes but when they brought the food out they gave coleslaw and Mp. The waitress never checked on us, never refilled drinks, was not around for us to ask for anything but sitting in the little corner when you walk through the front door. When it came time to bring the check they charged for the MP and we asked about it and she told us since we got the coleslaw and Mp they had to charge , I said the coleslaw wasn't even eaten. She took it to show the owner and come back with the check didn't see the charge at the bottom like it was before . But after they had already charged our card I looked at our receipt and it had under the fish dinner sub MP$1.99 still charging us for it. We will never recommend this place to eat or visit here again poor poor quality and...
Read moreConveniently located near Canton High School, Brother's Cafe offers a very home feeling restaurant. The place was very clean and service was impeccable. The cheesy chupacabra fries were amazing. I ordered a chicken fried steak, fried okra, and a salad. The salad was fresh and I'm pretty sure the ranch dressing was hand mixed and not bottled because of its thickness and flavor. However, the steak and okra were overcooked in my opinion. I also felt the steak lacked in flavor. There was definitely plenty to fill a person up, though, and I felt the price was fair for the amount. I did not have pie, but I did look at them. They were all thick, homemade pies, but they had meringue on them. I know most southern people like it, but I just never have even though I was raised eating it. I also want to add that there were only 4 booths and the chairs seemed a bit flimsy to me. I fear a large person wouldn't be able to sit in them. Overall, I would return if for no other reason than to...
Read moreWe ate at Brothers Cafe tonight fir my husband's birthday, we have been here before and the food was good! Tonight my husband had the special which was the fish which was good, the pinto beans were good but the Cole slaw was a lot of core pieces and he couldn't chew it, I ordered the chicken strips and they were over cooked almost to dry to eat and the toast was a almost burned, I let the waitress know this about all of it and a Man who ask how the food was, both of them apologized but did not offer to exchange the food or take anything off the bill, all of this even after I said it was my husband's birthday and I was hoping it would be as good as when we were there before! I'm posting this because after this I feel they care more about the money than they care about the customers satisfaction! We will try then again because we try to support...
