Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Canton

I have ordered from the restaurant regularly for a year or so with no problem. Good service, and quick. However, they have gotten my order wrong twice in the past week. The first time, no big deal, the second time, they put cheese on my sandwich, which I am allergic to. This might have been understandable, except it is a sandwich that does not come with cheese. When they asked if I wanted to add cheese on it, I said no. I took several bites before I realized that there was cheese on it. Now I’m unfortunately going to be sick, or worse, for the next 24-72 hours. There is a reason I order sandwiches that don’t come with cheese - so I won’t forget to ask them to leave it off. Super bizarre that even after they asked specifically about cheese, and I said no, they still put it on. I think maybe they have hired new folks who need more training or something, but I’m going to be hesitant to eat there for...

Last week, our coworker ordered us lunch on Tuesday to be delivered on Wednesday during our lunch break at 10:40am (first lunch teacher problems). We sat and typed up our order on Tuesday and after work, my coworker took up our paper with our exact orders on it to Jimmy John’s to pay and have delivered the next day. Our order was delivered later than expected and not with what we ordered. We didn’t get two drinks like our original order asked for, our subs didn’t have exactly what they were supposed to have (I.e. coworker asked for cucumbers and didn’t get any; I didn’t order cucumbers, but cucumbers were on my sub). The longest wait time for delivery I have ever seen from any Jimmy Johns period. I delivered for JJ's several years ago and RARELY had a delivery take more than 15 minutes from the time the order arrived to the time I made it to the customers door. and this was in Peoria and Pekin. They prided themselves on how quickly they could get orders out. I have never ordered Jimmy Johns delivery anywhere else that has taken anywhere near this amount of time to receive it. First delivery took 45 minutes, 2nd and 3rd delivery both took longer than 30 minutes to arrive. absolutely insane considering i get my Pizza in the same amount of time. What happened to...
