Loong Fung — Restaurant in Canton

let me just start off by saying I ordered from this place at least a couple times a month and all I got to say is I'm absolutely disgusted with the service that I received today I ordered something simple a sweet and sour chicken combo platter with an extra egg roll and I order of the Chinese donuts and after waiting 45 minutes the delivery driver showed up with just a Chinese donuts I called the store explain it to him they said they'll have it right back out to me but instead they close and don't even bother bringing me my order this is absolutely ridiculous and it will be fixed I guess I will be at the store first thing in the morning when they open up because I have never been disrespected like this by any type of food place I absolutely cannot believe the disrespect to a regular customer they show and then on top of that when the delivery driver showed up and I said that he's missing all the food except for the donuts he just laughed at me and said oh well call the store they'll fix it 12:00 the store will fix it I'll be there in the morning and I would hope they would contact me since they have my number on file and whichever employee reads this is going to know what order is being talked about in the fact that they refuse to answer their phones for over the last half-hour is just out of this world..... A longtime regular customer that I guess as soon not to be so disgusted and I guess if they actually care about their reputation they will be in contact with you through here or looking up the fact of the order they messed up and contact me but either way they will be hearing...

The old owners are no longer there and when these new people came in there everything changed. They can't get a order right to save their lives I ordered Shrimp and broccoli extra spicy and fried rice like always. The last time I was there literally there was no shrimp not one. I called the lady at the desk she swore thats what I asked for, mind you I did not place my order with her. She tells me to bring it back and she'll fix it I live in E. Canton so I told her no its to far and I didn't get part of my money back . She didn't even try to compensate for the trouble but whatever I don't need a hand out. Today I went and got the same order but they gave me white rice instead of fried. I went to pick it up but I checked it outside I turned around and walked back in not with a attitude or nothing and I was greeted with "what you want" I told her the issue she swears thats what I ordered, mind you AGAIN I placed my order with the young man in there who is very tall. I even had him read back to me the order I placed. I was still being polite because I know thats how you get what you want. She kept showing me the receipt as if it shows you the order. What broke my composer was she snatched the paper bag off the counter with my food in it and threw the brown bag on the floor that landed in front of me. She put my food back on the counter and said by now I asked her what the F* is your problem she goes in the back and hands me my friend rice and says bye now again. Needless to say I will not be back take your business to...

They forgot part of my food. The 3 people instantly got angry. Called me a liar. Told me he believes his,people over a customer all I wanted was the order & tip back. That wasn't good enuff. They want the food back then they will give me my money back. I told him my 3 kids have Rotoa virus &that I had no way to get soup so I called them for the broth in wonton. He said he would give me money &never call again. 1 hrs. Later still waiting called back,again they are all yelling at me demanding food. I am going to give it to them because she said if it wasn't in there she would call police! OK,so if anyone get sick from here over the weekend it will be because driver took contaminated food in his car. Remember my kids are votming,diarrhea,high fever. Be careful.
