Taco Bell — Restaurant in Canton

I will give this ONE Star because the are an actual Taco Bell. It's so weird that some days there lobby is open and some days it's not and when I asked the manager why was your store closed yesterday, he gave me the body language that he was annoyed and he said we were short staffed and We use our discretion when we open the lobby. He seemed very rude about it though. Idk. Kinda like a small man complex. So I ordered anyway, glad they had a Kiosk inside I could use with sanatizer available. I did get someone else's food though. Lol So I had to drive all the way and return it and he didn't even apologize. I bit my tongue and asked for some sauce and he gave me two packets let's for 6 Taco's. I felt totally disrespected. And guess what I was still missing my girls burrito, so I again had to go back. It's like having to watch children to make sure there doing what there told. Nice Taco Bell conveniently located (when there lobby is open and want to work) I've been to this Taco Bell a few times and have always had a bad experience. They need Staff that actually cares about there customers, and the portion control at this Taco Bell is insane. Not to mention the amount of cheese I got on my taco was abbismal. Done. Someone has to be held accountable. Lol Update : went there today after work to try again md lobby was closed at 4 o clock there lame manager said it was because they're truck was short product. It's just an excuse at this point to not have to work and do your job. And these people want 15$ an hour. LMAO update: 10 months later, I get an itch for taco bell (McDonald's and burger king's been getting all my fast food money) so I can see there open and I walk over again I live close, and there lobby is closed at 7pm when people want dinner. Ha, I have no idea how the owners of this store allow this, the managers are clearly lazy and they have no care for the bottom line. So, silly me I call in and ask for the manager and she replies to me how can I help you I said ma'am is this a manger again replies back how can I help you. I ask ma'am why's the lobby closed I wanna pick up some food for me and the kids and I swear to goodness she tells me verbatim " we close the lobby when our drive thru is busy" I said ok and hung up but see that's the problem it's not her money she's turning away by literally LOCKING out customers during business hours. If I could rate a zero I would!!! It first started with employees outside of building smoking pot. I leave the drive through and as I make the first left bend with my window half way up I get a full smoke cloud of exhaled pot,

Second, a young man working the drive through went to give me back my change as he was goofing around at the same time. It was winter still and I wear copper fit gloves for authentic, and he missed my hand and dropped .93C on the ground and instead of apologizing he said it was my fault because of my gloves. I left the money lay on the ground and left.

Last night I stopped again and and all I ordered was a burrito and nacho fries. The same young man was working. I went to the window and he didn’t have my fries. He said he didn’t hear me order fries but he heard burrito!!! He said I had to go around through again to get fries, I stated no way just give me a refund. He went to a manager and she was snotty attitudes right off the bat and made me go around again for a refund, or I could take the burrito and leave. I went around for a refund.

I am done with this Taco Bell as it is always something, I close my retail store at 9PM and all I want to do is get home with something warm to eat. I will never stop here again this service depicts the leadership from higher...

This location is closest to where I am which is why I go to this one. The food is terrible it’s (almost) always stale. Either this location gets bad food or doesn’t check dates. Or maybe they don’t clean the grills and appliances properly. Also the older middle aged black woman at the window who works during the day is rude. She never says a word she takes your card or money and then practically throws the bag of food at you and won’t even look at you and she knows she can get away with it because she works fast food. I eat here maybe 2-3 times in one month and my order gets messed up every time. Stuff is always missing or the ride lady at the drive thru doesn’t pay attention and give me my second bag. I’ve learned now to check my food for quality and quantity before I even leave the parking lot so that I don’t have to keep going back or calling back to make it right. They need new management for sure. Also I understand this area is all the slums but one night I stopped for cinnamon twists and half the crew were outside at the tables smoking weed and you could smell it in the drive thru.
