Jan 31, 2020 7:50:12pm, I placed an online order for delivery and subsequently received a reply advising that order was accepted and being prepared for delivery with delivery time about 8:25-8:45. When delivery time approached, I received an email from their delivery service that my order was canceled by Subway. Additionally, my order was paid for in full when placed. This lack of customer service and total disregard resulted in having to place an order for delivery with another food establishment and was handled proficiently and professionally. I attempted to call Subway to inquire as to why my order was canceled,however, phone rang continuously with no answer on numerous attempts. I have been a faithful and long standing customer of Subway; however, no longer will I recommend nor choose them for my preferred food establishment. I personally know that Customer Service is the main contributing factor to ensure Success as I have been directly involved in the Customer Service field for over 40 years. Read moreI asked for a buffalo chicken sub.it comes with GRILLED CHICKEN.She gave me Rotisserie.i didn’t realize because of all the stickers on the glass and when she added the veggies it was already covered by the cheese.My chips were also stale. I then called when I got home to see if they could remake the sandwich.I was even willing to bring it back.I asked for the manager and the girl told me no that there wasn’t one.So I asked will there be one tomorrow? Read moreI just wanted to say subway is a good place to eat with very good service however there are times. Where people come in order between 5-7 foot long subs. Some times if people come in a line and order multiple of those subs they run out of Bread. And if they can’t get off the line they can’t make more only because they are only 2 people at night shifts and 2 people in the morning. Some subway restaurant are short in staff and Don’t have enough people to get everything done and on time. Therefore I get if some people who went there would give this store and many others bad reviews but they also have to understand they are human and they do attend to make mistakes but they also have to follow Corp. rules. Which has formulas of how to make subs and how much goes on each sub. In conclusion they are going to do their best to make how you want it but if it’s messed with your receipt and your sub they can remake...
