Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Canton

So I order a 2 meals 1 for me 1 for my son I have a zaxbys gift card in 1 hand and 20 in the other I explanin to cashier use the card for total balance on the card of 25, and take the 20 to make up the shortage of 5 bucks the cashier takes the 20 and the card, comes back to hand me a card and my food I said what happened the girl said what ? She said you now have 18 dollars on the card . I kindly told her to ge the manager who turned out to be even worse than the cashier . She yelled at me and told me I need to explain to these kids exactly what I need. I told her I did and she got pretty nasty with me I hope corporate reads this, because I'm not 1 to file a complaint... but she looked like she crawled out of a sewer her clothes looked filthy to be dealing with customers as a manger. hopefully not handling food. I understand they wear many hats as a manager, and i also understsnd dealing with angry people sucks , but she flat out shouldnt be a manager because she was nasty attitude and was the absolute most rude human I've dealt...

This has always been our favorite Zaxby’s but not tonite!!! Server was super nice must say, the food was very below standard. They have a young lad making the food obviously doesn’t care which is very sad. I brought my family in who just flew 9 hrs and we thought Zaxby’s would be a great pit stop. I was very sadly mistaken. The fries were cold and obviously sat for a while as the place wasn’t very busy. Chicken was cold obviously sat cooked for a while all was very dry and not edible. I asked for some hot fries which I got but they decided to lace them with salt. FYI did not eat them. This was done on purpose because as we left the talented chef leant over the back counter and laughed. Very professional not. We are here visiting family and my husband and I stopped for a late lunch. The atmosphere at this location was warm and inviting. Lacey took our order and was so pleasant. As we dined in, we noticed Christian music playing. We were looking online to read more about Zaxby’s and Victor walked by as he was sweeping the dining room. We asked him and he told us the owner of this franchise is Christian and has this music playing all the time. How refreshing to be reminded of God’s blessings after my husband and I had been discussing how blessed we are. Victor took our to-go order and was very knowledgable of the menu and nutrition facts.
