I work in the food industry so usually when something goes wrong I tend to be very understanding but the experience I had with this place was insane. We ordered delivery to our apartment complex at 6:40 and they said 45 to 50 minutes, 7:50 comes around still no sign of pizza but we did see a pizza guy walk up to our apartment and then turn back around. I decided to call them and I described what the delivery guy looked like and they confirmed that was him with our order. The young girl over the phone said she was gonna try to call him, and then called me back and said she couldn’t get a hold of him but she will keep trying. We call them again and the girl explains to me that he turned around because he forgot his phone so he could call us about our gate number. Which we told them when we first ordered our gate number is the same as our apartment number. It’s 8:50 and he finally comes back and my boyfriend decided to just meet him at the gate only for the delivery guy to tell my boyfriend that he doesn’t have a pen for him to sign the receipt and has to walk all the way back to his car with our pizza to go grab a pen. My boyfriend just said politely “dude, it’s been 2 hours. I don’t even want it anymore” I called to inform them about what happened and to speak to a manger who wasn’t available and the girl over the phone said we’d get the same order for free within the next 30 days so a few days later we call back to give them a second chance and get our free meal only for them to tell us the manager changed it to just $10 off our order. Like I said before I work in the food industry and the restaurant I work for would NEVER let this happen and they always honor their credit and do whatever needs to be done to keep our customers happy. I’m so annoyed at the lack of customer service and complete incompetence of the employees. Read moreI’d give this place ZERO stars if possible. I placed an order through their website at approximately 730. I then was sent an email/text message to expect my order about 830. At 845 I called the restaurant as I hadn’t gotten my order or any updates. I spoke with someone who took my address and looked up the order. He stated that the driver had already left and was on the way to me. By 915, I still had not received my order or any updates. I called back. I spoke with a female who again asked for my address and stated that the driver had left with my order already. I explained to her that I had been told 30 minutes earlier, she rudely stated it’s common to send our drivers out with more than one order. She then placed me on hold to speak with someone else. A gentleman came on the line and took down my phone number and stated that they had possibly sent the food to the wrong address. I explained to him that I was looking at the receipt at that exact moment and my address was correct. He said their system had a different address. He said to give him two minutes to talk to the driver and see where he was making the delivery to. He then came back on the line to say he driver would be there in ONE minute. I told him that this whole process was unacceptable. He stated that he would be providing me with a 100% refund. As of 948, (30 minutes later) there had still been no delivery. I called back again to ask when I could expect my refund as his driver never showed up. He stated that the driver had returned to the store and had made other deliveries and that he did not tell me he would be to my house in one minute. I ordered online and had we were told our food would be relived by 8:20pm, at 8:50 I called asking where our food was to which she responded woth oh it left like 30 minutes ago it should be there any minute. Our food arrived at 9:10pm, stone cold and incorrect! Not only was our food cold-not room temperature, cold!- but they had messed up our order specifications and as someone woth food allergies this was not acceptable. I called their customer service and they said that they would remake the food and it would be here within 25 minutes. The store called us because they had apparently run out of the tortillas for the wrap that my husband ordered she was very rude about it and gave me an attitude. I told her that whatever tortilla they had was fine and she responds with “Well, you asked us to remake your food so you obviously care” to which I responded with “no, I asked for a refund.” Then she said this which honestly pushed me over the edge, “yeah, I’m definitely not doing that for you.” HOW RUDE! We still haven’t gotten our replacement food (it’s been 40 minutes) and we will never be ordering from here again. Horrible customer service and ridiculous wait times all for mediocre, at best, food.
