Pretty much every time I come to this particular Kroger itâs an even more enjoyable experience than the average grocery store. The employees and vendors here are all very polite and helpful in my experience! I have to mention two that I remember by name for going above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. Noah and Ethel. Everyone here is awesome, but these two have really stuck out to me. I usually see Noah doing pickup orders, but he has gone out of his way to help me so I could be on my way rather than just waiting for someone from the department (I guess when you pick orders you do know where everything is anyway). Ethel, bless her heart, stood at my self checkout and helped me sort out my digital couponing as I was brand new to it and messed it up way up at checkout. Thank you both, and the rest of the staff, for making my experience at this Kroger better than any other grocery store ever! And for anyone reading this is def not a bot review, I genuinely love...
Read moreDisappointing!! Produce was mislabeled as organic when it was not. Then, at the register, it rang up a much higher price. My wife had taken a photo of the price label and the section of avocados yet the cashier did not want to believe us when we pointed out the error. My wife had to take a store employee to that section to prove to them that they were wrong! Yet they continued to be obnoxious about it. After all of the wasted time and running around proving to them that their products were terribly mislabeled and their pricing was wrong, I asked what kind of consideration they would provide like Publix does. Their response was and I quote "Well, we are not Publix." So, we're never going to Kroger again. Publix it is. by the way this store is very dingy, dirty, and all of the employees seem terribly demoralized. Perhaps they should pay their people an actual living wage. I also do not support the push to self check out so that they can save more money by hiring...
Read moreFriday 1-11-19 We had to lay my wonderful uncle Steve to rest across from this Kroger at Canton Memorial. As we proceeded with one of the saddest days of several peoples lives, there was a group of people gathered across the graveyard looking our way. We were informed by funeral staff that it was Kroger team members that had heard of my dear Uncle Steveâs passing and had came out to say goodbye. He stopped on his way home at that Kroger everyday.....it really touched our hearts and I know it touched the 2 daughters he had to leave behind. From the bottom of our broken hearts I would like to say Thank You so much to those kind individuals that came out Friday. You really donât know how touched we all were by that. It was very kind and thoughtful to do that and to Kroger, thank you for allowing them to do so. In the midst of all the sadness that day it felt like my uncles kind heart was radiating thru from all of you....
