Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Canyon Lake

We order from this location pretty frequently but will probably try the Sun City location from now on as we're within delivery radius of both. We always get pan pizza and typically, it's good but the last few times we ordered it's been soggy and this time, it was just inedible. I did not get extra sauce or cheese, just three toppings, the same ones I've always ordered, so I wouldn't chalk it up to weighing the pizza down. We did call and they apologized and offered to replace it or credit our account. The best part about pan pizza is the crisp thick crust and the fried bottom and this was anything but. We chose the new pizza option because we were hungry but they couldn't deliver another for an hour which I find bizarre because if we just flat out placed another order, it probably wouldn't have taken near that long. The replacement pizza wasn't soggy but the edges were really burnt, so once again, pretty inedible. Their questionnaire asks if “Chelsey” made my order correctly; and I don’t know if that’s their cook, their AI nickname (like Dominoes version of Siri or Alexa) or WHAT. But the last time I was there, their OVEN was “down”..! Now WHAT kind of pizza place lets their oven go down - EVER?! We just moved here a few months ago and I have to say the food is good ,but the service is Terrible. I order Pasta and pizza for delivered,and by the time he got to our house was an hour and 20 minutes late which are food was lukewarm and then on top of it was given the wrong pasta the The 2nd time we ordered from them same thing Except we got the wrong pizza it was full of onions and veggies which I'm allergic to onions so they offered me a free pizza for next time only thing it wasn't even the same equal value which I ordered a large pizza whats up with that ,???lol ,but no matter we still tried to give them a fourth chance ,So we call in to get the free pizza plus other goodies, but I was informed The new manager was unable to honor that free pizza since it was under the old manager which was only last month .They've been under new management the last 6 months get it together people You give the Domino's chain a bad name. I definitely will not be ordering there ever again I'll just have to drive into the Wildomar location they're pretty awesome so far...
