So I went through the drive-thru one day and I bought two 10-piece chicken nuggets one regular one spicy the spicy was made fresh because I guess people don't order it that much but the regular 10 pack chicken nuggets were cold and hard and dry okay so today I went and bought me two cheeseburgers on the dollar menu you know one of the cheeseburgers were good but the other cheeseburger was like the bread was just dry cold and hard so I went back to the drive-thru and explain to him what happened and you know they were you know good to me they remade it for me okay no problem so I'll get back in my car to eat it and on top of the bun it was like some gray and slimy on there I should have took a picture but I just immediately threw it away and it was like it wasn't a part of the bread wasn't no more than like that the bread the bread still was dry and cold that's just disgusting so I called the store and I called to speak to a manager and I told the manager what's going on you know I wasn't mean about anything like that I explained to him that I used to work in fast food I worked at McDonald's for 4 years as well and I was a manager I was a kitchen manager and he just hung up on me so whoever is getting this do not go to the canyon Burger King in canyon they...
Read moreStaffed by all high school kids with an elementary mindset. Took my grandmother after her Dr. visit. It took forever to get the cashier's attention who was horse playing with another employee, who then rudely glared at me as if I inconvenienced her by asking her to do her job. There was no manager on the property whatsoever. The food was messily thrown on the tray before I had time to even fill 2 cups, so I know it was old food. Other give aways it wasn't made to order was we asked for no tomato or onion on grandma's burger, and it still had them. Plus, you could just tell everything had been sitting under a heat lamp by how soggy everthing was. We were the only two customers the entire 45 minutes we were there and that was during the 5 o'clock rush. I guess everybody else in Canyon already figured out how bad this particular location is. Bad food, horrible service and horrible dine in experience. Probably won't go back to this burger king again until improvements are made and they hire a crew that takes their job seriously and don't jack around in the back shouting obscenities in front of guests, especially a 91 year old woman. Where's the...
Read moreAbsolutely horrendous. I feel so sorry for the workers, because I know none of this is their fault. For the love of the almighty, pay your workers more! They CONSTANTLY have to shut down early because they don't have enough workers. They get paid dogpoop, so of course no one else will apply. And the current employees also won't "just work more" - I've worked here and I wouldn't work extra either, because the conditions are insultingly bad. So many times, I've paid on the app for my food, only to get there and them to tell me they are closed. It wouldn't bother me if it only happened once or twice, but CONSTANTLY. Not to mention, the computers don't show the employees the free add-ons you buy on the app, so they repeatedly get your order wrong. Burger King, if you can't handle having an app, then DON'T OFFER ONE. I've also arrived at the drive thru without any flies in my car, only to have it infested with giant flies when I leave. I can see them swarm my car when I get there. Seriously? Not only do you refuse to pay your employees more, but then you won't even invest in a proper fly...
