Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Canyon

We decided to give Sonic one more chance in Canyon as we have had multiple bad experiences. Very disappointed once again. We ordered two blasts and they sat at the drive thru window for ten minutes before they handed the melted ice creams to us. The employees thought throwing ice at one another, chasing one another and laughing was more important than the customers. The line was long behind me so I feel bad for the customers behind us as well as they now had to wait longer for their food. Very sad that the employees can't keep focused and do a job. Worth the extra time and gas driving to an Amarillo Sonic instead. Don't waste your time here!!!!!!! This bad experience happened Sunday evening August 2nd at 8:35 P.M. This place gets worse every time I give it a chance. We placed a mobile order, checked in on the app, and waited 45 minutes while it said it was "in the kitchen". Finally after seeing 20+ cars go through the drive through, we pushed the button to ask if they had lost our order. We had to tell them our entire order and only then did they start making it. Once we got our food, items were missing and we had no utensils. We had to wait about fifteen more minutes for them to bring out our missing food. The hot dog bun was so stale that I don't know how anybody could approve giving that to a customer. The blizzard we got was barely half full and did not taste right. I ordered on the app. Got there and waited quite a while. Ok, I had ordered food. I ordered two ranch dressings to go with my mozzarella sticks, along with the marinara that comes with them. No ranch or marinara was given to me. I asked the carhop. They're out of ranch. Ok, so what about marinara? Then I took a drink of my Diet Coke with lime. It tasted like carbonated tea, with a lime. Got someone to come out and he says, "oh, we're out of Diet Coke" but the lady told me that it was diet coke with lime? I ordered an iced tea, instead.
