Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Canyon

This place has unfortunately gone downhill at a rapid pace. (And I used to love this place. See my original review below.) I’m not sure if there’s new management or what, but we’ve had issues every visit recently and it’s not for lack of employees.

One visit we ordered extra pepperoni and extra cheese on our pizza and it was almost as if they sarcastically used the tiniest amount of each. They even skimped on the other toppings and cheese. It was like eating baked bread. The next visit our pizza was burnt. During our most recent visit this evening, the pepperoni and cheese pizza we ordered was EXTREMELY dried out like it had been sitting there for a while. It was so bad, we could have gotten something better at a gas station. I hate to say it, but this was the last $20 we will ever spend here. Three strikes and we’re out.

Update: They have really tried to make this right. So, we are giving them a chance. So far, pizza and service has been good. Normally, restaurant bashing wouldn't happen from me. I would take it to management. Yet, here I am with a PSA. We ordered Domino's Pizza carryout to take home (30-40 minute drive for us, round trip). We arrived at home to open the box and badly burnt pizza is what we had. I called to speak to the manager on duty, understanding they probably had been crazy busy on 7/4 and didn't mean to crispy critter the pizza. I expected a little courtesy and maybe something to make it right. Nope. The manager on duty said I ordered it that way. The center wasn't even edible. Apparently, thin crust, light sauce means burned to a crisp and no sauce. We won't be going back. Very disappointed in management. Wish I could...

They are running an advertisement this week on TV for a large 2 topping pizza carry out for $6.99. Also has signage in the store advertising this. Since I walked in was charged $9.99 or 43% more unless I went home and ordered it on the website, or got the app.

I am elderly and disabled, was there and after arguing about the overcharge just ordered the pizza. The workers were only wearing gloves on the left hand touching the food and everything else with the bare right hand. After putting on the sauce they added cheese, only to turn the pie 70 degrees and tap it off so all but one tablespoon of cheese the sauce is holding goes back in there cheese recycle bin.
