Staff was extremely rude to me in front of my 10 year old daughter I ordered a Venti mocha for my gf and 3 of the smallest size caramel frapps for me and my kids and the lady got an attitude and said "oh wow" then yelled to the other employees rudely about how they had to make 3 caramel frapps, god forbid that I spend my hard earned money and give them my business right.
