Today I was trying to buy my regular drink. But unfortunately, you don’t sell coconut milk anymore, which is fine because I could just substitute it for almond milk. But when I pulled up to the store today, one of your customers was outside talking to her friend and rolled her eyes whenever I pulled up. And then, whenever I got to order my drink at the drive-through order taker, she was the one taking my order because when I pulled up, she was the one who said that she took my order. She had the same voice. I ordered my Matcha with no ice. I get my ice at work. And at the order machine to where I take my order, she said that it wouldn’t be filled up to the top. And I told her that that’s fine. I just wanted to see how she was going to make it so then I seen her make it. She didn’t stir it like hardly at all. There is still chocolate on the sides of the cup because I asked for two pumps of chocolate mocha. And then whenever I was trying to say then I just add more milk she was saying no because it’s a latte. I can’t add more milk. She said she was the assistant manager. She was kind of heavyweight. That’s how I saw her. She had dark hair. I will be calling to speak to a manager because whenever I got my cup again, she still didn’t mix it up. Good enough. And I had came there yesterday to order my drink and it was perfect. I had extra milk in there. I got chocolate Matcha mixed and it lasted the whole day. Then she was saying that she couldn’t fill it up with milk anymore, and whenever she did fill it up with milk, she didn’t even press the button, hardly at all to give me any more milk that I paid extra for. I don’t know how you guys are going to handle this but if I do come back next time, I’ll get my order right because it’s the only place I can get vegan coffee from because I’m vegetarian and it’s part of my religion. Read moreI ordered a Breakfast Sandwich and an iced coffee on Saturday night Oct 17, 2020. The lady with red or brown hair attempted to give me the wrong order. I calmly informed her and as I was still talking she turned and slammed the window and proceeded to yell at another person inside and using the term Mother F—-er. She opened the window minutes later with part of my order correct. I informed her that I had heard what she called me and request a refund as I didn’t feel comfortable consuming anything from that store after hearing what I heard. She naturally denies saying what I heard and then admitted it but said that I heard her wrong. When I asked for her name she refused and a larger male with glasses approached the window as I signaled for him. I requested the store manager’s name and then he refused and tried to intimidate me into leaving the drive thru with threats of the police and aggressive tone. Read moreThis is not the first time an employee has been rude to me at this location but this time around I ordered an iced coffee and classic glazed donuts and was asked to repeat my order so I did… the person over the intercom then yelled "WHAT KIND OF DONUTS" in an extremely rude way. I asked if they were serious and if that’s how they speak to all the customers when the worker over the intercom said" NEXT LEAVE NOW!! So I pull forward to ask for a manager and it turns out the person who was taking my order was the owner of the business lol. He and one of the employees where auguring on who got to tell me to leave so I asked for the number to corporate or who I need to call about this situation. I was told "You can call a state representative or the governor I don’t care now LEAVE. And then he shut the window on me and walked away.
