Didn't have time or energy to correct the bill. Ordered a Mediterranean salad $13 and a green tea on 02/18/23 and gave them a $2 coupon. Somehow it came up to $20 and some odd cents. I was waiting for the receipt that I thought would come with my order. After waiting a few minutes, the worker asked what my drink was and it it was a green tea smoothie. I said No, just a green tea and he looked surprised. They got me a green tea and my salad and handed me the bag. No receipt. I didn't have the time nor the energy to figure out how a salad and a tea came up to over $22. If a regular old plain green tea is not the price of a smoothie and they knew I was charged for a smoothie they should have done the right thing and gave me a refund of the difference. The loyalty program is very poorly run, sometimes they don’t ask you for your phone number, and when you reference it to them, they just tell you it’s too late, sorry! I don’t think they realize how that decreases the lifetime value of these brand new customers, especially this one.
