HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS.. Some people should NOT be allowed to work with food!!

Served me the wrong chicken sandwich (in an inside-out wrapper nonetheless) and I didn’t know it until taking a bite out of it. Instead of throwing it away and making me the correct sandwich, they insisted on taking the sandwich (that I had eaten off of) back into the kitchen and adding the correct ingredients to it. Which still did not result in me getting the correct sandwich that I had paid for.

Ended up throwing the sandwich away anyways because the center of the chicken appeared to be undercooked and the mix of incorrect ingredients was disgusting and not what I had ordered.

To make it better, I am just recovering from my fight with Influenza A, which we all know is running rampant right now.. And STILL they took my half eaten food back into their kitchen to contaminate other people’s food with.

I would never even consider stepping foot inside this establishment again after my first and only experience here. These people are going to make someone sick or worse!!

And yes, I did question them wanting to take the sandwich back into their kitchen, but they insisted on doing so. ABSOLUTELY...

We really like the food here but, unfortunately, they NEVER get our order right. What's worse is that the phone number on the receipt goes to a fax machine and has for years. Anytime you ask for a manager the response is always "the manager's not here yet" (why would there ever not be a manager on duty?). So, we hadn't been here in nearly a year because of this, but we decided to try it out again today. My husband got home and what should have been a frisco burger was a burger with the wrong cheese, no bacon, and lettuce instead of a bun. He took it back to the store. There were no apologies and they took nearly 10 mins to remake the order. When he opened the new order, there was no meat. The person at the counter said "Oh yeah, that happened. Sorry." He asked to see a manager and (as always) was told the manager was "not there yet." At this point he just asked for his money back, which took another 5 mins. Here we are, nearly an hour after the original order was placed, and I have no food. We are done "giving them...

I went here July 30th 2025 and had ordered online. I pulled into the drive thru to check in my order then was told they were out of burger patties and buns. The guy on the headset REFUSED to help me get a refund just kept telling me to go on the app its not there to do! Wouldn't give me a refund at the time and today they took the money out of my account for something I never received. I've worked customer service for years this is bullshit and shitty management. Or maybe just poor training or not caring. I sent corporate all of this. And now have had to dispute the charge with my bank. Shame on this so called restaurant for pulling this and treating paying customers that dont even get anything for what they spent out of it! I will never go here again and tell all my customers about this so they dont waste there time. The fast food I work for would never do this that's why we keep our business going. I'm a manager i know how things should be done. Get better!! This is how restaurants end up getting shut...
