Hobby Lobby — Local services in Cape Girardeau

Not quite sure what kind of training the cashiers are required to have, but it’s evident the expectations are low for customer service and all around human decency. When Kathleen C. rang up my order I noticed her say one of the 6 identical items from the same spot on the shelf was a high price then the rest, I asked why. As any customer would. Apparently at Hobby Lobby, the price of an item can increase as the stock is replenished and thus one item have mixed prices on the shelf. Sounds super fair… Kathleen of course wasn’t so kind in her explanation and instead of allowing me to check the shelf for another one at the lower price, she offered to ‘raise the price of all the lower prices to the higher price, but you wouldn’t like that would you?’ Y’know what I would like? Picture Framing - Not sure that you have another option in Cape, but rest assured... Greg in picture framing is incredible. I had recently purchased some lithographs from the Venice portfolio of a professional artist and good friend of mine. I wanted to find an appropriate way to display and preserve these, and Greg really came through with museum quality work. On top of this, I had another interesting canvas given as a going away that had sat in a poster frame for years. Greg & a co-worker (unfortunately I can't remember his name) offered some great suggestions. With my permission, Greg then took some liberties when he put it together. Good thing he did... I rarely use the word hate, but I’m going to say I Hate the new extended shelving above the bead and clay aisles. They completely block the light from getting down to the product. I understand you’re trying to use all available space for storage. But I’m asking, that you please please please, remove the extra top storage shelves so people can adequately see the colors of the beads (primarily) and clay (secondary). For quite a while the Sculpey polymer clay stock has been depleted, any estimated time when it will be be fully stocked again?

Love the store, but I really wish you would remove the storage shelving that was added to the top. It really does block the light. Or maybe you could move the (or add a), light to the center of the...
