Insomnia Cookies — Restaurant in Cape Girardeau

Had a sweet tooth at work the other day and decided to try out insomnia cookies. They were eh ok...smallish for the price. I probably would have ordered from there again but.......I noticed on banking statement I was double charged. I called and the manager stated they could not give me a refund but to call my bank. The bank said they could dispute the charge but they would have to deactivate my debt card and get me a new debit card and number. $30 is not worth all of the hassle. I will not get cookies there again and I will tell everyone not to go there....NOT...

The first time I went to insomnia cookies was San Francisco CA where I live. I visited the one in Cape Girardeau Mo yesterday and the ice cream wasn't very appealing it looked no good and very runny . And my cookie with the ice cream was hard usually they are soft. Maybe an off day with whoever was working. But found a hair in the ice cream when I was half way eating. And I threw the rest away we just left the store. I did get sick later I believe the ice cream wasn't good. The first time in Cape it was great the cookies were hot and soft and fresh but this time...

Our business received a gift of Insomnia Cookies a while back and they were great, large and tasty. However I placed my first online order yesterday and when I collected the box they seemed flat and unsubstantial. They looked nothing like the advertised cookie boxes. Some of them even fell apart in the box when I took them home. They tasted great but I doubt I'll order again. Of course your experience may vary.
