I can't explain how much I love this place. I've lived in or around Cape my entire life but I didn't go to Burrito-ville until about six months ago. Didn't think I'd be satisfied after paying $9 for a burrito. I went in and ordered the Matt James burrito. Still a bit skeptical I took my order number card and went to the soda fountains to get some Code Red. I sat down in the back with my gf by the pacman machine (RIP pacman machine we miss you). I got my food and took a look at it and was still a bit skeptical until I picked it up. This thing was so hefty I felt like I could take it to the gym with me to do some curls. It was love at first bite. That burrito was absolutely delicious. When I finished it I was left with a heaping pile of meat and cheese that had fallen out while I ate and the leftovers looked like a whole other meal because that burrito was so loaded. I have been there many times since then and have gathered a collection of about a dozen refill cups because I always forget to grab one when I leave the house. The food is always fresh and delicious. Very good portions in my opinion. Great staff as well. I have never had a bad experience with any workers here. They are always extremely polite. I absolutely adore this place and I wish I could give more stars to make up for the...
Read moreCape Girardeau is filled with local stores and restaurants. Burrito-Ville is perfect for being on probably the most famous street in town, Broadway, right in front of the college, and makes wonderful business. Though, they would have good business regardless. B-Ville is definitely of the best local restaurants in Cape! The have an inside portion of the restaurant and an outside portion. All of it is a great place to bring friends or family. Even bring your dog, as advertised! You're getting some pretty great, greasy, large-portioned American-Mexican food, here! If you buy one of their Burrito-Ville plastic cups, you can keep it after: the next time you visit and bring your cup, you can get your drink for only 99 cents! You'll only find that kind of service at a local restaurant. Burrito-Ville also serves great deserts, too! I haven't had the alcohol, and don't plan to, but it is said to be good! Please visit this wonderful place! Enjoy...
Read moreI usually love dining at Burritoville, especially since it’s right across the street from campus and a popular spot for us SEMO students. The food is consistently great, and it's been a go-to place for me and my friends.
However, my recent visit was tainted by an incredibly disappointing experience. A man in glasses that works behind the counter was loudly bashing SEMO students for everyone in the restaurant to hear. It's baffling that someone would choose to disrespect students in a place where so many of us dine regularly. Even worse, he was making disgraceful comments about how young women dress.
As a SEMO student who frequents Burritoville, this behavior was not only offensive but also made for a very uncomfortable dining experience. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure that Burritoville remains a welcoming and respectful environment for all...
