Rowdy's — Restaurant in Cape Girardeau

It's a college, on-campus restaurant that's pretty mediocre. I mean, there's not much to expect from on-campus restaurants, but this one is especially that stereotypical college-feeling atmosphere. The food that Chartwells (the company who is in charge of preparing on-campus foods) prepares is fine most of the time, but don't expect much there. Otherwise, it's nice and convenient that they have options to buy soda/juice/water from the coolers, as well as big bags of chips, salsa, queso, and pint-sized ice cream. Most of that stuff mentioned has to be bought with anything but student meal plans. It's also convenient that they stay open a few hours after eight 'o clock in the evening, which is the time of the night where students can no longer use their meal plans.
