Crepe May is such a fun and delicious spot in Cape May! We stopped here during our minimoon and loved it. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect place to treat yourself while exploring town. We tried the Cape May Monkey bubble waffle, and it was incredible! The waffle was warm, fluffy, and crisp on the outside, and the toppings were so fresh and flavorful. It was the perfect balance of indulgent and fun — definitely something we’ll remember. They have a great variety of both bubble waffles and crepes, so there’s something for every craving. The staff were so friendly and made the experience even better. Service was quick, and everything came out beautifully presented. If you’re in Cape May, don’t skip this spot — especially the bubble waffles! Crepe May is a must-visit, and we’ll definitely be coming back next time.

Definitely would recommend the sweet crepes versus the savory crepes. Ordered the shrimp avocado crepe and it had no taste whatsoever. Shrimp was ice cold, partially raw and unseasoned. There was no sauce, cream or seasoning Of any kind other than the lime style dressing they sparingly put on so it was bland and flavorless. Now the desert crepe was to die for. It was dressed as expected. Full flavor and just perfection. We also got a smoothie and that was pretty bland. It still had chunks of ice in it and was more coconut water than fruit. Staff was very dry, uninterested and uninspired. No personality and definitely not welcoming. Prices were decent for the area just could have been better. Would only recommend sweet crepes.

Came in for a crepe , left with a bubble waffle. I'm glad I did ! The bubble waffle cone looked too good NOT to try . I'm glad I went with my choice. My husband got a strawberry, banana crepe with Nutella sauce and it was SO delicious. However, Try the bubble waffle if you haven't already, you'll really love it !

Had a lot of hope based on reviews and the menu, but ended up hugely disappointed.

Went in for a Shrimp and avocado crepe. Food came out in about 10 min. The ingredients, from shrimp to avocado to lettuce, were very fresh (hence the 2 stars instead of 1), but that's the end of the good.

Now the not so good. Nothing, let me repeat, nothing, had any salt. The pancake, shrimp, avocado, lettuce, and even the jalapeño dressing all had ZERO salt or any savory flavor, or actually any flavor at all (other than the dressing's spiciness). It ended up being more bland than anything I've ever had before. The whole thing was also cold, including the pancake which was cooked in front of me, but was apparently chilled by the cold shrimp etc, making it further unpleasantly bland in the mouth. To top it off, the dressing was really watery, and melted the bottom half of the pancake which stuck to the wrapping paper. I threw half of the food away.

The service was non existent - the guy behind the counter was busy playing with his phone and didn't see me until I said hello after standing there awkwardly for a while. Maybe COVID staffing shortage struck again, but I would have preferred that they don't serve things they couldn't handle. I'd imagine the sweet crepe at least would taste sweet - but I won't be returning...
