I have been a long time customer and lately I have been extremely disappointed. First, your online ordering has become more and more difficult every time I use it. It takes me at least 10 mins. or more to get it right. Next, the last time I ordered, there were several things incorrect with my order. I didn't complain because we all have a bad day here and there. Finally, today was the determining factor in my decision as to why I am no longer ordering from this Dominos. It took me the usual 10-15 mins. to place my order. I requested the car side delivery. I put my order in, pulled up to the door when the tracker was on bake, sent my notification that I arrived, and waited. And waited, and waited. I watched three vehicles pull up behind me, the clerk brought out their orders, and I still waited. The tracker was complete within the time suggested, so I gave it a few more minutes. After 15 mins. I finally gave up and went in for my order. The gentleman who I watched bring out the three other orders, asked if I'm picking up my order. I said, I guess I'll have to because I've been waiting for you to bring out for the past 15 mins. Mind you, my vehicle is something that cannot be missed. A large white, four-door, short bed, Chevy Silverado truck. I know he saw the truck because he had to go behind it each time. My flashers were on, and I was parked in the Fire-lane, designated area. He asked me if I checked in. Really? I've been ordering from this place since you opened in this location. During Covid, I picked up every week. I typically order at least two pies and several sides each time, totally $40-50 at a time. I also leave a generous tip each time. I'm done! His excuse was, several order's MUST HAVE chimed at the same so I didn't hear yours. Why would I be parked there for what now was a half hour? He apologized and said the employee had no authority to block a customer. I attempted to order again on Monday. I was NOW told I tried to pay with a fake 100 bill!! and I'm blocked for delivery. The manager Misty told me this. I explained I only pay with credit cards. I'm a 62yr old lady but I was not getting through to her. As of now I'm beginning to think it's a race issue. Read moreI order here often and usually don’t have issues but tonight when they forgot part of my order, we called the store and they told us we had to drive down to get what they forgot! What’s the point in paying for delivery if I have to go pick up the food YOU forgot to give me? Not to mention the man on the phone was rude, had attitude AND hung up on us when we asked if there was anything he could do. Do better.
