Day before yesterday my daughter and I ordered online for her birthday dinner three pizzas two things of wings crazy bread and an M&M brownie we arrived to pick up the order our order was not ready when it was ready the man handed me the order and then decided to tell me that they had no M&M brownies so I asked what other brownies do you guys have he said we have no brownies so I asked him what they had ready he said cheesy bread so I told him I would get the cheesy bread then he proceeded to walk to the back and I seen him pull it out of the cooler so it was not ready it had to be cooked so I took our other food out to the car I waited almost 20 minutes to even receive the cheesy bread my other food got cold sitting in the car and as I was walking in to check back another gentleman was walking out and the employee yells at the gentleman to stop takes the cheesy bread off of the top of his order out of his hand and hands it to me I offered to allow the guy to take it anyways because I felt bad that the employee did that to him the gentleman would not take it back so I went back inside and let the employee know that that cheesy bread was also cold I don't know if it was undercooked or if it had been sitting out once it was made he refused to do anything to make the situation better and proceeded to tell me they were short staffed so I asked for an application and he said that they're only hiring managers which made no sense to me if they're short-staffed so ask the guy if he was a manager he said yes then he went and hid in the back so I asked another employee what his name was and asked for a number to corporate or a higher up position to speak to someone about my issue they said that it was a franchise company and they could not give out the phone number so I asked what the manager's name was and the guy told me that he feels like he should protect his fellow employee and not give out that information last time I checked employees were named tags anyways especially for situations like this to be reported so I asked the guy to go get his manager and when he stepped up front again I asked him his name he said his name was Leon I felt like he was not telling the truth but I need a number to a higher up to report my issue to this is my daughter's birthday dinner the sat in the car and got cold while waiting on a out of temp cheesy bread that we had to settle for I spent way too much on this order to have such terrible customer service and cold food I think this is by far the worst experience I've had anywhere since moving to Carbondale if I do not receive a number to file a complaint I will have to contact the Better Business Bureau and take my business elsewhere every time my...
Read moreI do not recommend Little Caesars in Carbondale, IL. I ordered the new crazy puffs on 4/4/23 and I had to wait about 40 mintues. As I waited for this one small order there were several in store customers who hsd been waiting for 30 - 60 mintues for there orders. It is obvious they are understaff but the staff is young and unprofessiona. It is very upsetting to have to wait that long for one item that should have been done in less than half the time. It was very clear online and door dash orders were more important than instore orders. There was one young man who stated I am hungry and his grandfather was about to walk out of the store for he was so upset with the long wait. The staff had a nasty dispostion concerning how the in store custmors felt with the long wait. I observed the cashier to be very insincere with the apologies to the upset custmors. I observed staff apperence to be very dirty and unprofessional. I observed the floor to be dirty and the resturant appeared unclean. I normally dont give bad reviews if you look at my previous post, but this poor service deserves this negetive review. Waited 40 minutes for our food to be ready, showed up there to pick it up and the dude at the counter told us that they didn’t have wings and that the lady put jalapeños on the wrong side. We didn’t receive any form of contact saying no wings were available and to order something else or to be refunded for it. Also the lady didn’t remake the order to be correct. She just left it wrong and said oh well this is how it is. 40 minutes to make something is more than enough time to fix it. No apologies from her whatsoever, and instead she said she had to go outside for a minute while the other guy was left with a lobby full of people by himself and for him to apologize for her.
