Saw this place has recently oped on Facebook. A coffee shop AND pub, I knew I had to go! And it did NOT dissappoint! The two girls working behind the counter were so incredibly sweet, and the two guys behind the bar were so polite and helpful as well! Each table was big and had cards to play with friends, and a whole shelf of different games. If I lived in Carbondale I could see myself coming here every day, whether for the drinks or to hangout with friends. It’s literally the perfect spot. All the drinks on the menu were such good sounding combinations, it was so hard to choose! You can tell this spot was developed with a passion for coffee, alcohol, and out of a good customer-perspective for what people want when entering a store like this! The ONLY thing I would recommend is cold foam lids, but since the store is so new, I’m sure this has already being looked into. NO REASON TO AVOID IF YOURE NEARBY DEFINITELY GO!!!

I really enjoyed our visit to this locally-owned business. They have a parking lot, which is really great for their location. It makes the visit much more accessible to folks. There are books, games, and unique decorations that you can tell are all either pre-loved or created by local artists. This business has PLENTY of seating options for folks of varying body types. My favorite part of this business is their philanthropic goals. Did you know they have a monthly fundraiser drink to benefit local nonprofit organizations? I tried the "spicy paw matcha" that donated funds to a local TNR org. The drink was perfectly made IMHO, but it may be slightly sweet for others. Also, dine-in drinks are served in what looks like vintage glass mugs. Altogether, this place is NEAT and i predict it will be a powerhouse of a local business. Way to go to all involved!!

I didn't have "food" here, but we purchased three different, amazing coffee lattes. The atmosphere was very comfortable. Dim, but not too dim. A bookshelf of used books to read or purchase. A game shelf. Modern, nature and art decor. A cute stained glass art piece and bobblehead Bob Ross at our table, and a deck of card to entertain ourselves with at the table. My new favorite spot.

I’m so glad this new coffee shop opened downtown—it’s everything a local spot should be! The coffee is top-tier (I highly recommend the banana bread and Beekeeper lattes!), the staff are always friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is welcoming with books and games for all ages. Every visit has been better than the last, and you can tell they care about quality—especially with beans from local favorite Cold Blooded Coffee. After five visits in three weeks, I can confidently say I’ll be a regular. Haven’t even tried the pub side yet, but I’m sure it’s just...
