"I recently visited Traxx bar and I had an incredible time! The bar was clean, well-decorated, and had a fun and lively atmosphere. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend a drink or help with any questions I had. The drink menu was extensive, with a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to choose from. I was impressed by the quality of the drinks and the attention to detail in their preparation. No cover charges to get in which is better than many bars in Carbondale. Had a DJ and a smallish dance floor that was absolutely pack on a Friday night. Dim but comfortable. Music was loud enough to cause hearing damage if you staying for over an hour unfortunately. Overall, had a pretty good time. Very crowded place. Probably not the best place to meet someone if you are wanting to talk to them unless sticking your mouth on their ear and screaming is your preferred method of communication. Woody takes care of his establishment better than any other bar manager around. Bartenders are prompt and know what they are doing.
