I'm only giving the 5 Stars for one good reason but FIRST: Amari is a COMPLETE B*. She is THE WORST drive thru helper ever!!! If you know she is in drive thru thenDRIVE AWAY!!!!! She is the rudest little girl I have ever known. She's forgotten my food every time I've come into drive thru, and I've had to come back in and get at least one thing from the other workers! And she's cusses when ur at the window getting ur food!!? She's slammed the window on me twice and I've had my husband go to corporate because of her.still waiting to hear back. But thank god for Poppy and Serafina! Every time Amari fs up, Poppy and Serafina come To my rescue! They are the sweetest and best helpers!! And my little girls love them so much. If it weren't for them and their incredibly kind bosses, then I would never go to Panda because Amari should be F-I-R-E-D for her nasty a** attitude and ugly faces she makes. I would have gave them 5 stars but after our local health department paid them a visit and caught a worker who never washed his hands before returning to work after having them down inside the back of his pants obviously scratching his butt and this was around the time of April 2017 it really puts a damper on their food and I use to enjoy it quite a lot now I am wondering how much " germs " me and my family having ingested because of this. Otherwise it was a good place to grab Asian cuisine that you could drive through to pick up or dine in that was affordable priced that was quick with service. Staff was friendly day and night that was willing to assist you with any questions you had and seemed to enjoy working there which I personally watch for as a consumer. Placed an online order for pickup in an hour. When I arrived the order STILL wasn't ready. Like they know the pickup time, can't they manage to have the items collected? Anyways, after waiting and receiving order.. it was correct. Now for food, the orange chicken was by far the best and only thing that I would return for again. Fried rice is extremely dry. Black pepper Angus steak was so tough to eat. Grilled chicken teriyaki (so plain and undercooked), honey sesame chicken breast was nice however peppers were raw. Veggie Spring Rolls & chicken egg rolls well not what I was expecting. Not the typical authentic type I'm use to. So this wasn't a WOW restaurant. BUT.. I will return sometime for that...
