Update. Downgrade to 2 stars New repair company came out and said the part Appliance Works replaced failed again because that wasn't the problem to begin with. They said the cooling fan wasn't working properly and it blew the part (which I asked Appliance works about in the beginning because it was loud and stayed on too long after use but they said it was fine) so now fan is replaced and oven is fixed and working. Appliance works came out to fix my oven. Crew was nice and professional. 4 mos later the oven is having exact same problem. The options I was given were to pay a trip charge to come out to diagnose and even if it was the exact same part they repaired that lasted 10 years prior was broken I would have to pay the labor charge to fix or the trip charge. One of the two. I decided to use my home warranty and just pay that charge and stop the possibility of this just being a cycle where i'm always paying them a labor charge to fix what they already fixed. Should be a better option. If what you fixed broke within a year no charge...

When your fridge stops working, chock full of newly purchased groceries, you’re up against the clock and want quick and reliable service. I found just that with Appliance Works (and Edwin)! Never having needed appliance repair since moving here six years ago, I turned to Yelp, Google, and Nextdoor looking for recommendations. I poured through numerous ratings for Appliance Works and figured I’d give them a try.

Edwin was knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, made arrangements to swing by after getting the necessary part first thing in the morning. Upfront he told me the total costs, and offered to not charge until completion the following day. He returned and repaired the fridge with ease. I will definitely use them...

We have been working with Appliance Works for a number of years. This review is for another 5 star wonderful experience. Edwin was our service tech. Friendly, professional and on time. Advance communication when on his way…always appreciated.

The gas stove is a top of the line KitchenAid Superba….or at least it was 23 years ago! Interior glass panel cracked. Was concerned the part would not be available…fortunately it was. Prompt return visit with panel. Looks like new. Fair pricing. Somewhat complicated repair…do not DIY this!

Finally…I don’t recommend using the “self cleaning” feature…it overheats your stove and causes lots of problems….like broken...
