Being from the Midwest, I struggled for years to find a quality butcher in the Valley until I stumbled upon this gem in Cave Creek. I have been a customer now for 3+ years, and refuse to get meat from any other place now. The steaks, chicken, pork chops, bacon, sausage, turkey (Thanksgiving), and ribs are the freshest, juiciest, high quality meat I have ever had in my life. Every bite melts in your mouth, and everything simply tastes fresh, and like none other. We even get our eggs, and fresh dog food from this spot too. The location itself is extremely clean, well-organized, and professional. The Meat Market makes you feel like family, which is refreshing. The owner Roni is fantastic, and will go above and beyond to educate you on every cut of meat, and accommodate your every need. Dale and Josh are awesome and professional too, and will assist you with any request, cut, or question you may have. Everyone at the Meat Market is professional, respectful, and kind. The atmosphere, meat, and people make this place truly special, and you will not find a better butcher in the valley. You have a customer for life. Keep doing great...

I don’t leave 5 star reviews because out of principle it represents a perfect score with no flaws and there is always opportunity to do better; however, I purchased two filets and a ribeye and both had 100% perfect yields with no waste and to top it off they were easily the absolute best steaks I’ve had in Phoenix, period. The saying you get what you pay for is true here so pay up and enjoy one of the absolute best meals. You are in for a great treat with this place. I look forward to going back and trying new things!

Congratulations on earning my second ever five...

A real butcher shop! Stopped by today for the first time and picked up some beer brats, hot dogs and bone in rib eye steaks.

We cooked the dogs and brats for dinners. The kids ate the hotdogs super fast. The brats were amazing! Usually we marinate the brats before we cook. These went straight on the grill and the flavors were great! Everyone raved about how good they were.

I am very excited for the steaks tomorrow.

Anyone looking for good quality meat skip the low quality grocery store and make the stop. They have a great selection.

Plus they have a camera directly over their cutting board, so you can watch as they hand cut all your meat.
