Love the atmosphere! The bar top is gorgeous, and the rest of the renovations look good. The staff are generally responsive, friendly, and helpful.

Unfortunately, the food has been hit or miss. They're new, so I won't fault them for menu growing pains.

The biggest issue is the treatment a member of our party received when we came in one night within an hour of closing. He was refused service despite being completely sober. The bartender offered no explanation other than "he sounded drunk". There was no incident, stumbling, or aggressive conversation. Perfectly articulated English is a prerequisite to having a drink? Maybe they've had issues / fines in the past so there's an abundance of caution now?

We decided to stay because it was our one post dinner stop. The "too drunk to serve" friend was never asked to leave. He stood around unwaveringly chatting with us and others for almost an hour. There were no complaints or concern expressed by other patrons.

I don't pretend to know how to run a restaurant, but if a patron is too drunk to serve, maybe ask them to leave or offer them water and/or chips and/or a ride share? I guess he wasn't so drunk that the bartender was willing to sacrifice his tips from the other 7 in our party.

The fact that the bartender wielded his power with no rhyme or reason nor action to help this "too drunk" patron left a bad taste in our mouth. We even asked the bartender after 30+ min of this "drunk patron" hanging out totally soberly why he was cut off and if he'd reevaluate. The response was "I made my decision and won't change it".

This restaurant is now at the bottom of our list of local places to recommend. I'd love to adjust that if someone can offer an explanation of the policy and why this...

This place was already on my radar for the food, but what truly made it unforgettable were the three absolute gems working there: Kyla, Lee, and Kennedy. Hands down, some of the sweetest, most genuine humans I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant setting.

Kyla has this vibrant, welcoming energy that lights up the room the second you walk in. She made us feel comfortable and cared for—like we were old friends coming over for dinner.

Lee is calm, cool, and totally on it. You can tell they take real pride in their work, and it shows in the little details—timing, presentation, and a constant sense of ease. Just an all-around class act.

And Kennedy? An absolute sweetheart! So thoughtful and attentive, with a smile that never faded and the kind of kindness that can turn any day around. It’s rare to meet someone who radiates warmth so effortlessly.

The food was incredible, the vibe was cozy and inviting, but it was Kyla, Lee, and Kennedy who turned a great meal into a heartwarming experience. They’re not just workers—they’re the heart of this place. Truly some of the best in the business.

Can’t wait to come back—not just for the food, but to see these lovely...

In downtown Carlisle, you’ll find this restaurant on a quiet side street tucked away. We were greeted at the door by a friendly hostess who escorted us to our table. They have windows that open all of the way to enjoy the warm summer air. We ordered the appetizer Station Fries… for $10 we got a fourth of the basket. The portion was terrible for this appetizer and for $10 it was not worth it. I ordered the hot Italian sandwich and it isn’t anything special. You can get that same order at almost any sub shop in PA, not special for the price. My family that was with me said their food was very good and have come here before and had it. But unfortunately, I was not impressed by the meal I ordered that was a fan favorite. The interior of the restaurant was disappointing because of how it looked on the outside. The classic brick was stunning but when you walk in it’s a cheap modern look. It was basic, little charm, and no character to the inside of the building. The food was good but for the reasons above this gets...

Review of Pitt Street Station in the heart of Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Love the atmosphere, also should’ve mentioned the staff was great. Everything was a little sweet, which isn’t as much for me, but I’m sure other people like it. Seems like a great crowd, pleaser! #centralpa #carlisle #restaurantreview #notsponsored #placestoeat #casualdining #datenightideas #burger #pizza
