i went to sauced with me and 3 other people. the FOOD i ordered was fries and chips con queso, the fries were completely drenched in oil and extremely salty on the top of the basket but no salt on the fries in the bottom of the basket and a puddle of oil in the basket. the chips con queso was meat, nacho cheese, and shredded cheese, it was completely cold by the time we got it, the shredded cheese hadn’t melted into it which told me it was served out of something that was room temperature. as the main course i ordered hot honey boneless wings. what i got was some sort of spicy ass sauce on my boneless wings i only ate 3 out of the ten i received, i ordered 12*. everyone i went with got what they ordered. we got 4 cups of ranch as well and the server forgot them as well as silverware. the SERVICE was not very good, we walked in the place and there were like 4-5 workers standing at the entrance ignoring us so we decided to seat ourself and then one worker came up to us and asked if we wanted to sit upstairs at the booths or down on the first floor, we chose to sit at booths, we go upstairs and every booth is taken other than one, the one booth that was open was dirty and had yet to be cleaned, the guy looks at us confused and asked if we just wanted to sit there and he’ll come clean it up. we got menus and sat and it took him about 5 mins to come take the stuff and clean the table the lady that was taking our order already came and asked what we wanted to order to drink. our server was a very nice girl but very awkward and didn’t know what to do, while we were ordering she didn’t know how much boneless wings came in size wise nor price. she just needs more training and she’ll be amazing. once we ordered our appetizers i took about 20-30 mins and she came by 3 times to ask if we wanted to order our food on the third time we ordered and then the appetizers came out about 15 mins before out actual food our actual food wasn’t hot it was warm. our waters were nasty, tasted like tap and had black specks in it we didn’t drink them. ATMOSPHERE there were tables with no chairs, some tables with too many chairs, some dude that was there to eat got chairs for himself because no one decided to bring chairs to sit himself. there was nothing on the walls other than adult drinks that no longer exist and soundproofing pads all over the walls and ceilings and there was books just on the ceiling that was hanging on by some tape just above the bathroom. ALSO our receipt doesn’t have any food on it, we split the bill 50/50 with the other two people we went with and both of our totals were 29$ i’ll add a picture.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this place isn’t even trying to be a good place to eat. The food is plain gross. Mozzarella sticks were floppy which means they weren’t fried or even baked, just microwaved. I truly couldn’t eat them, they were foul. Sprite was pale pink which probably means they don’t clean out the fountain well. Ordered a sandwich on a potato roll and got white bread. The fries are also probably microwaved. Not crispy at all, just a soggy pile. Really disappointed that this is the replacement for Grand Illusion. They are not worthy. I will not be back and I do not recommended eating here.

I love seeking out and supporting local independent businesses, like Sauced, which is located on High Street, a few doors from the Carlisle Theater. Wings are Sauced's specialty, but the extensive selection includes salads and burgers. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with crinkle-cut fries, which were fresh and tasty. One of the owners waited for us, and Deatra provided friendly, attentive service. This Saturday afternoon, we parked free in the Comfort Inn parking lot behind the restaurant. It's worth noting that Sauced applied for a beer/wine liquor license.

we really wanted to love this place. we went in for ayce crab leg night. those started out great but after a few rounds were somewhat mushy and over buttered. we were told by the server it included corn and a potato but it didn't, everything was an add on ($4 per item per serving). we paid 39.99 for the ayce but a .25 charge was made to our bill for each round of crab (no big deal honestly but why?) a burger was ordered and asked if fries came with it, the server said yes, but when it arrived with no fries and was questioned the same server looked confused and said no they don't come with fries, would we like to order some. we declined but fries were on the bill when it came. cheesesteak eggrolls were ordered. these had great flavor but arrived refrigerator cold in the middle. after being sent back they arrived cooked to the point of almost burnt but still refrigerator cold in the middle. the server took them and assured me he would handle it. he told me a few times the kitchen was backed up but they were being made. he eventually came around again to say that because of all of the issues he was removing them from the bill but never told me they were canceled and I wasn't getting them/never asked if I wanted something else. by the time i realized this was happening everyone was done eating so I had nothing but coke for the evening. the server then came over to question who ordered what for the two bills and mentioned the cheeseateak rolls and I had to remind him I wasn't to be charged for food I never recieved. given the great reviews we read this was disappointing enough that I'm not sure if we...

Came in a Thursday and 7pm and they were out of almost everything.

Reply: if this is the sauced under grand illusion then yes. we came for the karaoke and stayed till almost 9. We came in and sat down and the server was nice but was immediately told you were out of coke syrup. Then when we asked about several different items we were told you were out (including the 50 cent wings) we were told that the restaurant was revising their menu. Which is fine but I would have rather just been told what you did have at that point instead of our sever knowing things were out or going back to see if the items were available.

It took us about an hour to eat and then we paid our bill but stayed for almost another hour for the karaoke. Our server never came back to see if we were ok or ask if we’d like to buy more drinks. When karaoke was in full swing it seemed like the bartenders disappeared. We watched a woman in plain (no uniform) go behind the bar to grab herself a drink. We also saw (when they were around) servers in their phones behind the bar.

I understand the location is new but it just felt very unorganized. I’m sorry my first review wasn’t as detailed. I had intended to add to it. But I don’t appreciate being told I lied in a review. I have no reason to do so. We had high hopes for your restaurant and were just disappointed with how...
