Went to store to pick up order with curb side pick up the new trend to help fight Covid. Food was brought out by Jacob but was missing the drink I told Jacob and he apologized and promised to bring it out. Some time passes so I decided to go in and get the orange juice, as I walked in I noticed 2 women one in a McDonald’s uniform clearly an employee, walked passed and seen Jacob at register where he asked if he could take my order I said I came in for that orange juice he apologized again and started making a large orange juice , a man walked up behind Jacob and told him it was a small I then told the man next time you want to make sure the order is tight make sure it goes out the door. The plain clothed woman that was by the door walking up at that time says what did you say so i told her what I said she said I couldn’t tell her employees that I said why not she said “leave my store“. I was already walking out since I had received my orange juice, I said “ I am” she said “don’t come back” I laughed and said “I’m coming back” she then told me she would arrest me for trespassing”. No this is a threat I’m not taking lightly, first off this woman in plain clothes couldn’t even tell was an employee, has no right to give me orders regardless of her position, she can ASK me to not talk to MCDONALDS employees… but in my defense I only told him to make sure the door goes out door right. Second of all it was clear to me that this woman had a complete power trip declaring them her employees thinking she can order her PAYING costumers around, seems like she forgot she works at a FAST food public establishment for paying customers, she threatened my freedom and that’s where I draw the line. I would love for a representative from McDonald’s to review this matter and tell me I’m not allowed back, I don’t like my kids eating Their food anyway so give...
Read moreAnna was very friendly and pleasant but my burger buns were very cold and dry and hard. Way too much mac sauce too. When did you guys start being so generous? Another thing you put a half a squirt of ketchup and mustard on the cheeseburgers and McDoubles, not even enough to cover the bun, but if you ask for extra ketchup and mustard there is so much it's dripping all over you and you can't even get it out of the wrapper without getting it all over you. I guess common sense is in short supply these days I understand, but the quality of your food has gone way down, I've been eating at McDonald's for over 40 years. Some reason I've been craving it lately, The daily doubles made me sick last time because the mayonnaise tasted like sour cream I'm assuming, I didn't realize on the first one I was so hungry but the second one mayonnaise was definitely not good, so today I tried Big Macs and they were awful as well. Don't worry Burger King sucks too, I have the same problem there nobody knows how to toast a bun. If I wanted a dry cold bun I would go to Wendy's. You guys better pick it up if you ever want me to come back, I know I'm just one customer, but I would bet there's a lot of people with the same thoughts as me I have looked at your reviews, i gave three stars because Anna was so friendly, but the food needs adult...

I had the absolute displeasure of visiting the McDonald's on S. Canal in Carlsbad, NM, and it was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. After I ordered drive thru, they asked us to pull into the front to wait for our order. When I pulled in I noticed an awful smell—like raw sewage—but didn't think much of it at first. Unfortunately, it only got worse when I had to go inside after waiting 20 min.
Apparently, there was a busted sewage pipe, and to my horror, there was sewage water pooling just outside the entrance. The worst part? Both workers and customers were walking right through it, tracking the disgusting, foul-smelling water into the restaurant, leaving wet, grimy footprints on the floors. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that this same mess was being dragged into the kitchen area as well! It seemed like no one cared, as if it was business as usual despite the very visible, very unsanitary situation.
No warning signs, no efforts to clean it up, just total indifference. I can't even begin to imagine the health risks—this is a complete violation of any basic health code standards. I would strongly urge anyone thinking about visiting this location to stay far away until they get this serious issue resolved. Absolutely...
