Plaza de San Jose — Attraction in Carlsbad

This is a okay place. One of the playgrounds is covered so that was nice because I went on a pretty hot day. The only negative thing was that there was 1 (seemingly) homeless person that was sleeping in the area where I initially was trying to picnic with my family. Because of this we were forced elsewhere, nearby. While we were there, 2 other (seemingly) homeless people showed up and were just kind of loitering. It was somewhat frustrating in a family setting. It's a pretty cool little park with multiple pokéstops and some cool workout equipment for adults and older kids, and a decent playground to accompany the workout equipment for younger kids to play on. This park is a really cool concept to help people get outside and get active with proper allocations of all our tax payer money. Very cool idea and would like to see more parks like this pop up in Carlsbad as we expand and grow...
