Starbucks — Restaurant in Carlsbad

I recently visited my local Starbucks and I must say, I had a truly amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The baristas were extremely knowledgeable about the products and were able to answer any questions I had.

I ordered a latte and was blown away by the quality of the drink. It was perfectly crafted with just the right amount of foam and the espresso was rich and smooth. The attention to detail was evident in every sip and it was clear that the barista took great pride in their work.

The overall ambiance of the store was fantastic. The music was just the right volume and the seating was comfortable and inviting. The store was also very clean and well-maintained.

The turnover at this Starbucks is way too high. The quality of the coffee is inconsistent. It is inconvenient to have to ask a barista to remake a drink only to get the same exact disappointing drink. The other day I went to order a drink and there were ten people behind the counter. I stood there waiting for someone to wait on me and was astounded that that many people were milling about without coming to the register. A new hire finally showed up but could not answer my question. She called over one of the rookie baristas who quickly rattled off an answer and walked away not giving me an opportunity to ask a follow-up question. The location itself is not convenient and all the way in the back corner of the center. Minimal parking is available no matter what time you go. Staff needs customer service training. Walked in and saw 3 staff members focused on hanging up some sort of sign. Not 1 of them were checking to see if there were customers in line and were too focused on their "project". Is this a construction zone or a Starbucks? Stood there awkwardly waiting for someone to acknowledge me and when they finally did no apology was given, no sorry for waiting, etc then when I did order I got a sarcastic remark from staff.
