This was the best experience I could have imagined when re-designing my dream engagement ring. I always thought that customized rings would be more expensive than pre-designed ones that can be bought from shops, but I was wrong. The costs are comparable, except we are able to design the ring to our exact liking. Allie responded to my initial inquiry in less than 24 hours and was always detailed about everything. I can't really complain about the communication from then on re: the design and shipping process as they were very responsive with each of my emails. Allie was extremely patient and receptive to my requests and changes to the ring. She also advised what she and their amazing goldsmith would recommend when I was deciding between 2 features of my ring. The digital rendering is very realistic, which only made me more excited during the process. My ring arrived sooner than I expected. From the day I sent my inquiry to the day I received the ring took 8 weeks, which (I think) is incredible! It's even more stunning in person. I did get an internal inscription, but I think I could have done without it, as it is quite small and can hardly be read. I did also notice a missing side diamond almost immediately after taking the ring out of its box, but the team was very quick to take responsibility to replace the stone, check all other stones, clean and polish the ring. I received my ring back within 10 days! The entire crew at TCR are true professionals. They will work until you are satisfied, so I would highly recommend them if you're shopping around. My husband and I were talking about upgrading my wedding ring and I started looking at online stores and I stumble across TCR, and I fell in love with their bezel settings and I was interested in a bezel emerald cut east west style. I filled out the survey on the custom design inquiry and Allie reached out to me within 24hrs via email, she provided details on the process and also included 2 emerald cut option links to view. I emailed her back if she could provide a size that would be in-between the 2 options provided and I decided to go with that option once she emailed me the link. The whole process was just so pleasant, working with Allie was great, I sent her ideas and explained what I was going for, and she nailed it on the first try. We only changed the band measurements to be slightly thicker. I decided to do a custom band after and I wanted to incorporate my 2 kids birthstones. The design came out perfect. After receiving the set, I had an uh oh moment with the band and had to resend to TCR to be fixed. Amanda helped me thru out the process, her and the goldsmith presented an option to me so i wouldn’t have another accident, with minimal change, looking very close to the initial design. Upon receiving the band back, it honestly looked better! I guess it was meant to happen!

Overall this was a 10/10 experience, I never would had thought to go custom ever. This opened my eyes to custom jewelry and I’m definitely looking forward to more custom pieces down the road, very pleased I got to work...

We have had such a phenomenal experience with Taylor Custom rings! My husband and I have been wanting to upgrade my engagement and wedding bands for our upcoming 20 year anniversary. We weren’t sure where to go. I had walked by Taylor Custom Rings previously and thought their shop was so stunning and thought for sure we couldn’t afford whatever was inside. Then I went online to see what places near me could do the job and their shop came up. I told my husband I wanted to check it out but thought it would most likely not be the final shop we would choose. Honestly, I absolutely adored their designs and decided immediately this was THE place for us and I hoped the pricing would work out too! Not only did I love their designs but I love how their gems are ethically sourced, they are my kind of people! They took my original engagement diamond and customs built a new setting to go around it. It came out so stunning! I’m still in shock and so excited about it! I felt badly to say goodbye to my old setting and they cleaned it up for me and put a CZ in the place of the main stone so I can still use it if I want or save it for an heirloom. We just loved working with Jerry and Ashley as well as their associates Sawyer and Amber. Everyone is so personable and approachable. Their prices are reasonable and I’m so glad we now have jewelers in our neighborhood that we can trust. Also my husband now knows I love their designs so hopefully he’ll know where to go for future...
