I come to this mess of a Dunkin’ Donuts, and I end of being severely disappointed. I was quenched of thirst as I pulled up to Dunkin Donuts. I was looking forward to my splendid Pumpkin Spiced Latte with COLD FOAM. I had came from the dentist, so I was severely dehydrated. I feel my arteries tightening, and my throat felt the Sahara Desert. When my throat felt like a desert, it reminded me of my time in Arizona. I get to the speaker to say my order, and I simply explain that I want a pumpkin cold foam. First the brainless person behind the speaker tells me to repeat my order. I do repeat it because I was hungry, and nearly could of died from dehydration. So I gladly did it. The person behind the speaker was rude and a grouch. A crab must have bit her in the as*. She thought I said cold brew, but I most certainly didn’t. I sat in that line feeling weaker and weaker as I waited impatiently. Now what if I was a diabetic? I would have been deceased, 6 feet under by now. About 25 minutes later, I finally get to the window. The worker who was a hispanic, female, who had on a messy bun. She sure didn’t appear to look very hygienic or sanitary. She hands me my food, and drink, and doesn’t say a word. Excuse me ma’am, where my Have a good day, or enjoy? I was even more disappointed. I pulled away and glanced at my drink. I discover that it was in fact COLD BREW. At this point, I felt steam coming out of my ears. I even have proof that my order was messed up. When I finally arrive to my home, it begins raining. The rain was god sent. The rain felt like the gates of heaven had opened up and satisfied my dry throat. I opened my mouth like a hungry baby bird waiting for momma to come back, and let the water droplets slap against my irritated throat. So I was going here a lot until the staff changed and I was not happy with the new ones. The girls had had prior we’re so bubbly and knew me and just were happy. I’m in my 40’s so I have been going to DD for years and not so much especially this location. One I asked for a coffee roll warmed up so I can have it on my way to work they would not warm it up at all they said they are not allowed to What ???? That’s the first time I have ever heard that sooo I went eating a cold coffee roll. When I order an egg sandwich I have to ask for SPK and we all know if you live in NJ that’s a must but I have to ask for it in the bag with napkins. If I managed this place every customer would automatically get SPK and napkins in a bag. Think about it if your eating something you need napkins if you order an egg sandwich SPK might be wanted. I ordered a large cold brew with extra oat milk and three shots of caramel, but they handed it to me with barely any oat milk and the cold brew was too dark. When I mentioned that I can't drink coffee that dark, the guy said No Problem and went inside to add more oat milk. However, the girl who made my coffee gave me attitude and tried to charge me an extra 30 cents for more oat milk. I already told her at drive thru intercom “ extra oat milk” I told her 'whatever' and just asked for double oat milk instead of single. She got really mad just because I corrected my order? Anyway, they gave me my coffee and I drove off. When I took a sip, I noticed there was no caramel syrup in it. Just trying to say, it wouldn't hurt to listen to customers when they tell you how they want their coffee, right? Just make it how they like it, that's all.
