Bear in mind I'm writing this review PRIOR to installing anything in my car...
I'm attempting to get a Nexus7 installed in my dash and following some guides online. Someone mentioned they emailed Enfig to get some help, so I figured I'd do the same to make sure I'm getting the parts that I think I need. Christian responded via email by the end of the day, and after a few questions, he was able to give me a part listing and explain how each component would work in the setup.
A few days later I made my purchase, and later in the evening I had a call from Enfig. Christian pointed out that I accidentally had purchased the wrong SKU, and was trying to find a way to make the shipment work without charging me anything extra. I agreed to pay the $5 difference in the end (because it's basically a negligible amount for my own error anyway), but he didn't stop there. Christian asked me to re-explain what I was trying to do and went through component by component in my order to help ensure that I had my bases covered for my order with them.
So, I have yet to validate that everything I'm getting will be the right thing... But I feel entirely comfortable contacting Christian after if anything should be off. I haven't had customer service that's this engaging in a long time, and I appreciate all of the effort put in to making sure I'm getting what...
Read moreI bought a used Audi A4 with an aftermarket navigation/back-up camera/stereo system. The prior owner had the system installed at some local stereo shop. The system had two big problems: (1) The sound was horrible -- the front speakers were loud with lots of treble and the back ones were very low; and (2) the radio had horrible reception. I was ready to ditch the whole thing and just put the factory radio back in.
After doing some research, I stumbled on Enfig's Youtube tutorials. It was immediately clear that Enfig truly understands Audi electronics, and has strategies and solutions that other installers don't even know exist.
I brought the car to them earlier today and could not be happier with the whole experience. Mike and Christian were incredibly nice and took the time to explain exactly why the system had the sound and reception problem. It was as if they had seen the issue a thousand times before, and they knew exactly how to fix it. They spent a lot of time on my car, worked very neatly, and completely fixed both issues. The aftermarket navigation system now sounds like it came out of the factory, and the reception on my radio is perfect.
The trip to Enfig was well worth the one hour drive. If you're looking for an installer that will approach your stereo project with care and thoughtfulness, then do yourself a favor and...
Read moreI bought the Dension GW52MO1 online. The price is affordable when compared to other outlets. Delivery took longer than expected but is likely due to delays caused by Covid19 and staff shortages at Customs and Post. The company's website is not very user friendly therefore I only give 4 stars. The product works as it should, better than the original Audi bluetooth. I have an Audi A6 Model 2008. The instructions are clear in the package, there are more instructional videos made by Christian on Youtube. Christian with great advice and a knowledgeable addition to a polite person. Understand the customer's needs and sell the corresponding device as well. Personally, I was in contact with him via email. I ordered the package on November 24th. 2021 and it was delivered to me on 07.01.2022. Customs clearance to Finland was easy and effortless. I had to pay 24% VAT but I already knew that before ordering because the package comes from outside the EU. It is funny in itself that the product is made in Hungary but shipped from the USA still the product was cheaper than in Europe and the service many times better than in the EU. Thank you Christian and dare to recommend to others. One hundred thumbs up as a sign of your service...
